I liked that they were able to work around my daughter's school and sport schedule. They also took into consideration when she would be taking her actual drivers test so that she would be as prepared as possible. There were a couple of scheduling mishaps that happened and this is where the service really stood out. I appreciated that Alyssa was quick to respond and called me to make things right. She acknowledged the miscommunication and immediately did her best to rectify it. The Sports commentary throughout the course was a little cheesy, but brilliantly done in a conversational way that flowed from the 'story' into the traffic chapter contents. I was able to complete the course in about 2.5 hours (with one long break in between to tend to my kids). The final test was easy and I did it in 2-3 minutes and passed. Plus if you really need to, you can go back through the entire course to "look" for the answers and have an hour to complete the final. All in all, I recommend this site for anyone needing to do traffic school with convenience!
