I don't think our arrival should be the time they first start shopping for ingredients. This was an expensive trip and I guess our expectations reflected that. Went to a different location. Botched my hair. Bad. They apologized. They refunded and sent me to this location to fix it. Promised it would be fixed. The woman could not get in the same page as me as to what I wanted. The girl next to her knew exactly what I wanted. I had the photo. I said just copy the photo. An hour later (not counting that they scheduled me an hour later than she said) she started. My forehead was on fire. I said NO to a treatment 4 times. 4! They did the treatment. My head was burned and had scabs. The bangs were blonde to my scalp I looked bald. As you can see my hair doesn't look like the photo AT ALLLL!!! First time it came out copper. Second time it came out auburn. It's just bad. Then they charged me for the treatment I said NO to!!! I spent $350 for what's in the photo. I'm so embarrassed. So many people are commenting asking what happened to my hair. I will never recommend them.

I can paint my toenails at home, so the massage is the driving force behind my need for pedicures. Aside from that, they always have HGTV or Bravo on the TV (giving the ladies what they really want!), always have a bowl of candy stocked (I'm 8 months pregnant, it's the little things) and they really make you feel right at home.
