I called on the weekend, no less, left a message and a a repairman was out in two days! My spa is built into my deck and the access door is undersized. Kevin had to crawl into the little passage and then had to cut a new access door to get to the heater! I was so surprised that he did this all so well, in what I thought little time. If you want a place that you can be assured of excellent service, that will always be there for you, Capital Spas is the place to go! BTW, they also have other great things for your backyard as well.

We told the young man what we were looking for. 2 to 3 Seater, with a lounge. He told us nothing was available on the floor. And he showed us a brochure with diagram. I asked what was the delivery expected time, and there was no real clear answer. The older man was very sarcastic. I told him I understood about the Covid delay. I want to buy spa, I'm seriously making a decision tomorrow. He continued to be rude about delivery time. I confronted him about how rude he was acting toward me.... he actually told me "just go" !!! OMG... really couldn't believe The customer service. He was waving his hand shooing me away. Stilling in his chair, mouthing off to me. It was very upsetting , he should be embarrassed. If he treats people this bad when they first come in. Can't imagine how horrible it would be to get your hot tub. They do not allow wet test either ! Note: I went into this website and I seen the hot tub that would be suitable. The young man was too lazy to show us. I see his response: read below and you'll be able to see that he continues to be rude. Very unprofessional! For the record I love cats and all animals. Just don't want them eating on top of my dinner table.

Turns out there was a known issue with that color of shell so they told us we would be getting a brand new hot tub, just in a different color. Yesterday our new hot tub was delivered. In the two years since our purchase they have improved the hot tub. There is a new feature called "Freshwater IQ System" One must purchase a special cartridge to use that system. The service technician at our install advised us to just use our salt cartridge system until the cartridges need replacement, and then look into switching over to the new system. The technician, Ger, wired up the hot tub and showed us some of the new menus. We'll be filling it and setting it up this weekend and look forward to again using our hot tub. Thank you The Hot Tub Store and thank you Ger.

The front office receptionist was sweet and provided a warm disposition. Next, I got settled in by providing my driver's license to exchange for a lock box with a key. Finally, I was directed to the space that had lockers, bathrooms, rooms for changing clothes, etc. I simply put my belongings up first, since I was informed I would start with my massage first. I opted for this package in advance: 50-Min Massage & 2-hour Bathhouse utilization. This offering was priced at $140.00. My appointment was set for 2:00 PM sharp. I went to the Green Room, where all massage reservations were held. The massage therapist that I selected online for the booking was Michael. Michael was incredibly wonderful. His techniques put my entire body in a state of rejuvenation. I almost wanted to fall asleep because the entire massage was so comforting and met expectations. Next, I proceeded to the entire bathhouse. The entire ambiance was filled with a lot of peace and tranquility. I was going between the warm pools and doing the cold plunges, as well as stepping into the steam room. There were moments when I also relaxed on the lounge chairs. The key was also to stay hydrated. Water was readily available with plastic cups, and guests were able to bring their own water bottles inside, too. The two hours went by so fast, because of how much I truly enjoyed this self-care day to myself. I'm so grateful that I discovered this business. I can say that I am completely in love with the services and offerings provided at Asha Urban Baths. The overall value was well worth it. Undoubtedly, I will be returning whenever I need another day of pure relaxation. I will be spreading the word!

It included 45 minutes in the salt room, a 50 minute massage, and time in the bath house. The salt room was great! The attendant provided thorough instructions and made a serious effort to make sure I was properly set up. They have great loungers, eye masks, ear plugs, and weighted blankets. The salt room is not a solo experience. There were 3 other customers in the salt room with me and unfortunately they were distracting. They got up multiple times to get water and walk around, which you're allowed to do but it brought me out of my relaxed state. It was slightly annoying but it's still an experience I would try again. Also want to acknowledge it isn't the fault of the workers but it made me realize your experience at Asha does depend on how other customers treat it. The massage was absolutely fabulous! My massage was with Michael, I did communicate that it was my first massage EVER and he was kind enough to thoroughly explain what to should expect. Absolutely no complaints at all! The bathhouse was cool. It felt a bit crowded, which I expect since it was Mother's Day weekend. I did not try out the different pools because it was very busy! A lot of people hanging around the edges of the pools and I didn't want to have to constantly ask people to get out of my way. The locker room was also very busy which I did expect because as I mentioned it was Mother's Day weekend. I do plan to go back to Asha, hopefully during the week or a weekend that doesn't land on a holiday.

My wife and I attended a Premier Pool Open House at their offices with the intent to just "to…read morelook". We met Jeremy and he gave us an idea of what to they do, what to expect, and some light design options from the showroom. He offered to visit our house to make measurements so that he could create some design mockups of possibilities. Within a week or two, Jeremy sent us a "first look". We asked for a few edits here and there given we had no ideas where we wanted to go with it as we completely leveled our existing yard and kept nothing. We were amazed by the first drafts given that we didn't think a pool would fit in our yard comfortably. Jeremy was extremely patient with the design iterations as we played around with ideas. The designs sold us and we were all in! Initially we thought it would take 6-8 weeks for permits to be pulled after we gave the green light to proceed. They ended up being approved in less than a week and we broke ground about week later. Premier was extremely fast with their team of contractors and subcontractors from demolition to full completion. From breaking ground to filling with water was less than a three-month turnaround. With several of those weeks the result of Christmas to New Year's vacation and time it takes for various components like decking or pool interior to cure. Premier was great with communication in terms of letting us know each morning who was coming on any given day. Usually we heard from Jeremy and our construction manager Teo a day or two earlier than Premier's automated emails on next steps. While Jeremy and Teo were clear, it was nice to receive the emails to make sure we heard everything correctly. Pros: Showroom has too many option to choose from! LOL! From textures to colors, there was almost too many. They even recommended visiting tile shops if we wanted to explore other colors. Jeremy was extremely polite and patient. He was readily available by both text and email for any questions we had. Teo was also great at stopping by to check on progress and see if we had any questions. He was also readily available by text message. We had them install a specialty BaduJet Turbo Pro. We pointed them to the website and they took care of all specs to fabricate the pool around it, all additional electrical work, and all additional plumbing. Recommendations for Premier: It would be great if some of the subcontractors were brought "in house" to provide full wraparound services. We opted to install tempered glass so that the pool could be enlarged and moved closer to the house. But we had to coordinate that on our own with a window contractor. We will use their subcontractor to install rock facades on our house. It would be great if they could have done in under the Premier contract at the same time they were doing the pool facades. I get it, they do pools, not houses. Premier took care of all the electrical, water, and gas hook ups that were related to the pool. We had to work with a couple of the subcontractors on the side to add additional sprinkler lines and move some electrical wiring on the side. Those also would have been great if it was done under the Premier contract as well. Premier's contractors and subcontractors obviously knew what they were doing so they pool just kind of came together. It would be great if Premier had a larger portfolio album of actual photos of pools so that we knew in advance what we were getting. We "trusted the process" and it all came together, but I could see some clients desiring to know more in advance. We subcontracted out the construction of a custom kitchen island because Premier doesn't build them (again, because they build pools), providing subcontractors provides another opportunity for Premier to be full service.
