I have never purchased a hot tub before and had no idea how the process worked. Cameron came out to the house to advise me on the whole process, where the best spot for the hot tub to go, how the electrical works, and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME. It's really important to me that I gave Cameron my budget and lifestyle and he helped me select exactly the hot tub I needed and didn't try to get me to buy one outside my budget. He also stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was my direct point of contact from beginning to end, and I had a perfectly working hot tub installed in less than 2 weeks! I was given full instructions on how to take care of my hot tub in an easy and clear way. My spa has been a lifesaver, and Cameron/Southwest couldn't have been any more helpful in the whole process. I feel like a hot tub expert now. I'm a customer for life!

The entire project ran like clockwork. The planning and execution was seamless. Your work crews are craftsmen, very skilled and meticulous. Gary, the project started with your creative design. You listened very closely to what features we wanted and you incorporated those ideas into a masterpiece we now proudly call our backyard. Throughout the project, your team was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. As our daily point of contact, Mike was wonderful to work with. To say that you and your staff went beyond our wildest dreams in the quality of work and customer service would be an understatement. Our backyard project also included a spa built and installed by your company, Spas by Design. The quality of your spa is untouchable. Also, I can't say enough about Bob Campo, your sales manager. When, as new spa owners, we were having some concerns about how to maintain the proper water quality, he came right over to help with a big smile and words of encouragement. Gary, this is what we learned about you during our backyard project. You LOVE your work. You're very good at it. You run your company with integrity. Your word is golden. We can't thank you enough! From the very first call with Rebecca -- who was so kind and helpful -- to working with Leo and his sons, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They communicated with us every step of the way and honestly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. What really stood out was how genuine and hardworking they are. Even when we had questions about things that weren't really part of their job, they still took the time to help us. The crew clearly knows their craft, and the end result shows it. If you're on the fence, definitely get the glass beads and abalone shell upgrades -- they make such a difference and we're so glad we did. We can't say enough good things about Island Blue, and we're so grateful for their skill, honesty, and care throughout the whole process.

The last few weeks have been so stormy, humid, and dusty so I fell behind on the upkeep for the pool. Luckily I found Jorge and his company, who was able to come out to the house so quickly and take care of things. The charge for the deep cleaning was very reasonable and he was very polite and respectful of the property. Jorge communicated really well, kept me updated, and sent before and after photos, which I really appreciated since I couldn't be home when he was here. I'd highly recommend Coyote Pools for anyone looking to upkeep or deep clean their pool. Thanks so much again!
