They tore up the yard, which is normal, but then spread all the dirt over 50 feet of my yard whereas the contract is supposed to be 4 ft. My husband saw what he was doing and ran out to stop the workers - of course it was the owners brother. This cost us an additional 8,000 for sod and installation. That was the beginning of the sh*t show- if something could go wrong with the build they sure figured out how to do it (wrong). They broke part of the concrete in our driveway, and since it's in the contract...they are not responsible for any damage to your property. Installed pebble tek while we were out of town, although they said they would call; then when they put the hose in the pool and let not telling anyone. We got a call from our neighbor that our yard was flooding. We have now waited over a month for them to fix our hot tub, heater is putting a code out and they are not responding to any calls or texts. I could go on, but just heed the warnings when you see several bad reviews about this company. It's true and go somewhere else.

Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.

I am now stuck with a pool pump that runs my power bill up 3tines what it was and an error message. I spent an additional $2,000 to get an efficiency pump. what in the heck am I supposed to do? Though now, times have changed, as well as their customer service. For years I have been coming to this location, and have purchased jugs of liquid chlorine. Like others, they have always required that a deposit be made for each jug ensuring that they be brought back. In return, for every two jugs returned, you take one out full of chlorine. Though, now they are saying that, "Griffin", a long term ex-employee of theirs, is no longer employed and that it was only something that was honored by him. Interesting point, even though the receipt always displayed the company logo, not his name. Now they are failing to honor their deposit, so I am stuck with 10 containers that they said that I can "give back." Only they will NOT return my deposit money for the jugs. Here's my question for you mid-state...You employ someone for over 15 years, but you have no knowledge base of how they are running your company? Really? You say that only he honored this policy, and that he was let go for this particular issue, which of course you NEVER caught until 15 year later? Yeah, Okay if you say so. In truth, the economy is bad, therefore you see it as bad for business to meet your obligations. Apparently ripping off loyal customers is better for business. I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I always feel bad for that one cashier being the only one open & usually there are quite a few people waiting.
