I reached out to the company and took me a minute to get the owner on the phone. he was very dismissive of my problems and didnt seem to want to hear it. mind you he was very responsive before he got my money. I spent $12,000 dollars with them and now I can't get any help. I called them two weeks ago and I was told someone would be out and that I would receive a call to schedule it. no one will respond to me, and since that phone call my filter has now burst at the seam and my pump has error messages. the pool tech I had is the only one to respond at all to my calls and even he did not get back with me after I reached out 4 days ago. I am now stuck with a pool pump that runs my power bill up 3tines what it was and an error message. I spent an additional $2,000 to get an efficiency pump. what in the heck am I supposed to do? I would defintely NOT recommend this company to anyone. They boast warranties on the product they sell but then once you need there help they cannot be reached or come to your aid. my system is less than 5 months old and I have been having the issues almost right away.
