I would not recommend going here. These people messed up my pool so bad. Two other pool companies in town even agreed with me and said they should've never had me put all those chemicals in within the period of timeframe. When I went back and was having issues with my pool, they said it couldn't have been what they recommended. Funny how my pool was clear and working great before but once I put the chemicals in it messed up my filter, but of course they would not take blame! I have it all printed out to confirm and followed it step by step. They just try and sell you more chemicals and more chemicals. Also if you have an issue, have fun calling into a corporate call center where no one speaks English hardly. You can't even cancel an appointment with your local branch. You have to call in to a call center! so over companies like this! stick with your local pool companies where you will be way happier! read more

I have been here twice to have my chemicals tested for my Spa. They were rude the first time and had a completely different analysis on what chemical balance was from their test strips they sold me in their store. Of coarse, test strips can be misleading but I just bought them at this store location and the lady working there questioned that maybe I did not store them correctly?? Went there again months later after switching to another pool company that helped me. I was in the area and thought I would give them another try. Again, the same lady in the store was rude and totally off base from what my water quality, clarity and test strip said. I will not go back even if I have to go out of my way to go to another reliable and more friendly pool store. I would try somewhere else for chemical analysis and more friendly service. read more

I purchased an item and returned it the same day. I was told I could only have an in store credit. I did not need anything that day. I went back on a later day and tried to use the credit and was told that I could not use it without the original receipt. We have an account with them and the return is in the system and the clerk remembers doing to return. The credit is for $180 not small change. read more

Leslie's Pool Supplies in Hendersonville has a great technician. Will came to show me how all the gauges work on my newly installed pool. He was patient and answered all of my questions. We had a great experience at Leslie Pools this afternoon. It's always a struggle to get the pool ready each year. Today we brought our water sample in, and Chris took great care of us. He told us exactly what we needed to do to get our pool ready for the season. He even told us what time we needed to pour chemicals in the pool! Leslie's Pools is the absolute best! They always go the extra mile for their customers. I can't tell you how many times I've gone in there for water testing. Only to walk out without having to spend a dime. Vince and Dillon are absolutely the most professional people you can deal with. I have gone to the "other" pool supply company in Hendersonville. They suck. All they do is try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They bad mouth Leslie's and say their chemicals are higher quality. It's not true! I still have crap from my first visit to Leslie's competitor sitting on my shelf. I spent $400 on stuff I didn't need. Go to Leslie's!! Do what they tell you to do. And your pool will always be crystal clear without having to spend too much money. read more

Finally, someone who is knowledgeable and wants to help. I had the best experience on Saturday when Vince tested my pool water and made suggestions on cleaning the filter cartridges. I purchased a small pool to enjoy in this very hot weather. The first thing I tried to do was educate myself on chemicals. I located a couple places, then found Vince at Leslie's. As soon as a spoke to him over the phone I knew I had found a place I could get some info and water tested. I traveled there all the way from Donelson. He spent time with me when I arrived, educating me on the basics. He told me what I needed and what was not really necessary, helping my pocket. I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a second, third, and fourth chance. I can count in one hand how many times I've been given good customer service at Leslie's at the Glenn Brook Hendersonville location. This past Saturday I walked in with a broken hose line in my hand. I could see they were busy, so I stood by the counter patiently waiting. This guy with blonde hair and tall (I didn't get his name) looks at us with the most pissed off look and says to my buddy and me in the most negative tone, "You guys looking for something?" Other customers couldn't believe he just asked in such a bad way. No good morning. No pleasant, "Good Morning, how can I help you guys?" I went to Fox Pool and had the most pleasant visit with them. Don't go to this place, they always hire guys with the worse attitude. If you want to feel stupid or feel like you're bothering them, keep going to this place. They'll do it for you. This store has the worse customer service. I've unsubscribed to this company and will never go back. I've given them way too many chances. Only reason why I don't go straight to Fox Pool is because this place is closer, but I will always go to Fox Pool first for now on. This place can keep their negative attitude to themselves. read more

Fortunately for me, I have a pool. Doubly fortunate in that it is a small pool (16,000 gallons), as it is large enough for the whole brood (all 4 kids) plus adults, plus friends to get in, but still small enough to maintain easily. I had grown tired of paying outrageous prices of my last pool place, and to add insult to injury, they are only open from 10-5 Monday-Saturday, so I was kinda DIY-ing it - Clorox for chlorine, baking soda for pH, etc, but the water quality was on a downhill slide. Many of my friends had added salt-water systems to their pools and swore by it as the end-all-be-all for pools. I went to Leslie's to check it out for pricing and to see if they had a salt system that was reasonable. It was the right choice. First thing I noticed was that the prices were indeed lower -substantially so. But the second and better part was that I explained to the salesperson what I wanted and he, rather than just sell me a $500 salt-water system (plus install of course), explained to me that salt-systems really just replace the chlorine, not all the other chemicals. They do make it simpler, but with a pool as small as mine, the difference will be minimal. He also did a quick calculation of how much money I would save by adding salt instead of chlorine and it worked out to be about 5 years before I broke even. Instead of shelling out money I didnt want to spend and walking out with a system I didn't need, plus another $100 of chemicals, I walked out with $164 of chemicals, a better understanding of what works for my case and my pools and a fan of a business that would rather have me as a knowledgeable repeat customer. read more

didn't have the wonderful experience that these guys had. I walked in the store to open my pool. No algae, clear water, just cleaned. Informed V that I needed chemicals to open my pool and that I wanted everything I needed. Did water sample. My salt was so low that it was not even generating. V told me to add salt slowly. Only 3 bags. My pool is 29,000 gallons. Really! I had company coming for the 4th so I wanted safe water. V suggested I let them swim and then put chemicals in so I don't waste chemicals. I said no way. Had to come back into the store because V did not include any salt in my purchase. He said he didn't realize I needed any. Again. Really! He assured me that my pool would be safe to swim in if I did what he recommended. The day after swim party my pool looked like a swamp! Went back to store. sold me more chemicals and 2 bags of salt. Still so low my generator is not making chlorine. Drove an hour to Lebanon Chemical with water sample. 8 more bags of salt, chlorine shock and a few other chemicals. Now my pool is safe to swim in. read more

Often times use Leslie's for pool supplies because they are so close to my house. No problem there. However, they advertise servicing a pool and they are not equipped to do so. We went to the store asking about servicing a problem we were having and instead of assisting us with scheduling someone to come out we were directed to call the 1-800 number. After multiple attempts we were able to get someone scheduled to come out. Turns out they ended up bringing a technician in from South Carolina because they could not service us with their local crew. The technician diagnosed the problem and said Leslies would be calling the next day with an estimate on whether we wanted to get it fixed and then they would order the part. I paid the service fee and thought all was well. Its been 21 days and Leslies has yet to call back with an estimate. We have made over 5 calls to the 800 number and they take our information saying a dispatcher will call us back and we never get the call. I finally have given up on getting Leslies to give a quote and the service fee I paid was a total waste of money. I went into Fox pools on Saturday and they are supposed to be out tomorrow to do the fix. Leslies does not seem to stock parts and Fox does. If you want your pool checked and fixed in one visit - don't count on Leslies to do it. read more
