Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

With construction you want everything to go perfect, but when it doesn't, a company shows you who they truly are when they either address the issues or leave you hanging. This company insisted on addressing our issues until they got it right, even when I was ready to give up. Make sure you reach out to Mikaela in the front office when you feel you're not being heard. She'll make sure you get squared away. Edit: We've had a few issues since our pool was installed; pool sloping, cement work, leaking, clean up, etc. However, based on other reviews these issues don't seem to be typical for them and they are working with us to try and make things right. The Company's front office, Mikaela, has reached out to us and will be working with us to make sure our concerns are addressed. I feel this shows they want to keep the customer happy, so I am bumping up the stars for now. We are scheduled to have someone come out and correct the cement work and sloping in December (we chose the date). I Will do a follow up review after these issues have been addressed. I will also welcome anyone who wants to see their work up close, before making a decision.

Was the wrong color, then it was too slick to walk on and unsafe for our children, they threw sand on it and now it just looks bad and is peeling. After a year of calling, still not fixed as requested. Middle images are what it was supposed to look like, but was too slick to walk on when it was wet. Aqua pools tells us to deal with concrete guy directly, but that hasn't worked. Maybe if they had an in house concrete guy they could have more oversight. Other than that they have been responsive.

We have dumped hundreds of dollars in chemicals into our pool at their recommendation with seeing little to no positive results in the quality of our pool water. We eventually went elsewhere and with one of their recommended treatments, our pool was in top shape in no time. A couple weeks ago, we scheduled someone from TEXSUN pools to clean our filters. We were told that we would get a call that Friday to confirm the appointment (with no mention as to when the actual appointment was). Time passed and we never heard from them. We asked another company to come out and clean the filters since we were ghosted. Today, while I was away from home. Someone came by and said they were here to clean the filters. My husband not knowing what was going on and not able to get a hold of me, told them to proceed to the backyard to do what they needed to do. He texted me that they were here and I immediately called their customer service. I told them that it wasn't appropriate for them to show up a week late to a job with no phone call to confirm. The gentleman who was washing the filters, that were already clean, finished up right after I got home. In the meantime, I was on the phone with their customer service. They blamed it on me not answering my phone. I confirmed my number with them and they took it down incorrectly. Hence, me not getting a phone call to confirm. It was my understanding after the call with customer service that I wouldn't be getting charged since they showed up late and with no warning. When the gentleman finished putting our equipment together, he knocked on our front door expecting payment. I reluctantly paid ($129), knowing I would never do business with them again. Bottom line is you can go ANYWHERE else and get a better experience, and more knowledgeable employees. Needless to say I will never return to their location in The Woodlands.

He was obliviously irritated with me calling to check on the status & RUDELY told me that he would call me when they get to it and that Saturday's are quite busy & they probable wont get to until next week. I went by the next morning (Sunday) & took to a competitor. It was ready by Monday afternoon. I can deal with the delays, I will not tolerate rudeness.

Cannot Recommend Them…read more Had a hot tub installed by Accent Outdoors earlier this year. In July, I contacted our Rep. regarding one of the lights in the hot tub already rusting. Was told that they would get someone out at earliest to fix it. Here we are in November, and still nothing. Have sent multiple requests. Also, during design phase, we decided to have pop up fountains installed, that function every time the pump is running. Wasn't told that because they pop up every time the pump runs, that we could not get a cover for the tub. And also, with any big wind events, the water is blown from the fountains out onto the ground., thus draining the tub. Again asked out Rep a month ago, if we could just cap the fountains off, because they are not worth the trouble. Was informed that they did not know if they could be capped, but would "check and get back to us". Nearly a month later, still no response. When you have work done, such as installing a hot tub / pool, I expect some level of customer service to follow / continue after completion. We cannot recommend using Accent Outdoors
