    I have now been without a filter for 5 weeks. This is all because Leslie will not stand behind…read moretheir products. My filter broke at a seam where the two halves of the filter were joined. This resulted in low water condition which melted the pump impeller. My pool guy replaced the melted parts out of his own pocket when I believe Leslie pool should have done it. In addition this new filter should have been replaced by now. Leslie pool gives lip service but no answer as to when I'll get a new filter. They should install a new filter and pay for the sand to put in it. The question is what could we improve. Do your job! Get me another New filter and install it.

The two gentlemen (Christian & John) were fabulous to say the least! There was a "small" snag with the financial department the company finances through and I was in the store for well over an hour while they patiently waited on the phone with Wells Fargo's customer service, but these employees at Leslie's were determined to get me what I needed. They truly went above and beyond to help their customer, they even offered me a chair and polite conversation while I waited. Exceptional customer service is hard to find nowadays, but rest assured Leslie's is in no short supply. I am very thankful for their help and professionalism. They have definitely made a new customer.

Martin…read morecame out, and fussed about the spa, and then told me, he will need to make a third return call, not this Monday, but NEXT Monday to bring his sump pumps and vacuum etc. So, still not repaired to blow out the lines. I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

I exercised this right and notified the business in writing within the legal timeframe. Despite this, Spas Unlimited has refused to issue my refund and continues to withhold my deposit for services that were never rendered. I have given them every opportunity to resolve this matter, yet they have not honored the cancellation or complied with the law. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it shows a lack of integrity and accountability in how they conduct business. Customers should be very cautious before signing any contract with Spas Unlimited, as they may not honor cancellations or refunds even when required by law.

In a routine conversation with someone named Michelle regarding service she was rude and hung up on me. I called back and she did not apologize for hanging up or for her unprofessional attitude towards me. I let her know that she should go fuck herself for her behavior and that I would never do business with them again. Then I received a message saying that I was banned from their business. Fair enough. No courtesy or professional response from a company I've spent more than $10k at in the past 4 years. She needs to be fired.

We shopped around to…read moredo due diligence, and not only were the prices better across the board at Big Star, but the sales guy we worked with (Chad) was WAY more knowledgeable. Turns out this is a family business, which makes sense why Chad knew the Jacuzzi system backwards and forwards. Probably been hearing about hot tubs since he was a kid. Also, he had just the right touch. He knew the products were quality, so he didn't pressure us or upsell. He let the products do the talking. He earned our trust and delivered on it 100%, including being responsive over text as I got the whole thing installed and set up. Service that really went above and beyond. The only thing I would add to the Big Star business model: a subscription plan to get the chemicals delivered automatically. Would love to set it and forget it, with my money going to a locally-owned, family-run business instead of Amazon. Support small businesses!
