This summer has been extra hot resulting in our above ground pool turning into a swamp. It took a lot of time, heartache, frustration, money and help to get it back to sparkling clear water! The girls here are very sweet and helpful. I feel terrible because I always forget the name of the one with shoulder length brown hair (I'm sorry!). She has been the most helpful out of everyone who works there that I have met so far. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She set me on the right path and I attribute the sparkle to her! haha! The girl with the long brown hair is very nice also, but she could stand to brush up on things a bit. She pointed me in the right direction of what products I needed, but told me to use them in the wrong order basically rendering them useless resulting in having to spend more money, and time.
The only complaint (if you even want to call it that) is who I assume is the manager(?). It is a gentleman who is always stocking whenever we go in and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was in the store. I thought the first time maybe he was just super busy, or maybe he didn't see me as he reached around me to restock pool thermometers. Not so much as a smile or grunt. But then the next few times I was in there (I was there at least 3 times a week for a few weeks straight... my pool was gross!) still nothing. Even after I would smile at him and say hi. It's no biggie, but I think that after a horrible pandemic year of being isolated from people, it would be nice to interact with friendly people and get back to normal. Honestly he always seems like he's grumpy or bothered by us being in his store and it makes me miss the Rancho Cucamonga location where everyone, no matter what time of day, or day of the week were always friendly and chatty.
I still enjoy the girls' welcoming attitudes when we're there. They definitely saved my kids' summer... and my sanity! Hahaha! read more
