I called our sales rep Tom immediately, and both he and the owner came to the house that same day and agreed to the change. I cannot overemphasize how knowledgeable Tom is about flooring. He had recommended LVP from the beginning, but I was concerned about the floors being uneven. He went above and beyond to make sure we chose what was best for the house and that we were truly happy with the result. We feel so blessed to have worked with Tom and Wally's Carpet. They understood that we have a special needs child and how important this flooring was to our family. They leveled the floors, changed the order quickly, and made sure everything was done right. The floor looks absolutely stunning in our craftsman home. Wally's provides true professionalism, genuine care, and expert service. We highly recommend them.

I then asked and thats for the thicker padding, with removal for the old carpet and old padding, he then reassured me "yes". I was so excited and now I had to decide which color I was going with. I then asked if I order it now, can he give me a few weeks to get ready. He said "sure no problem" I contacted him 2 weeks before I was ready, and set up a date for installation.
