I would not recommend this company. My flooring started falling apart by the second year. I paid extra for upgraded flooring, and it is still cracked and damaged. I was told there was nothing that could be done except to replace the entire floor. They sent a couple of workers out who hammered on the floor, which only made the problem worse. The representative for the company, was in a hurry, and his selection was only 2 brands, and 4 colors to selection and overpriced . I decide to check out M&M, and Hunter explained the different types of flooring. And made it easy to decide with all their selections. The installers were absolutely great , and installed the flooring with precision . They are very clean and made sure everything was done correctly before they left. I hired Bob, from M& M carpets, to install wood and tile flooring throughout my new home. He price was reasonable, and I'd heard he does quality work and I wanted it done right. It was a job that required specialty skills as all wood was laid on diagonal throughout the home, and tile was real stone in herringbone patterns. After signing the contract for work, we had some unexpected issues since concrete foundation was no where close to level. Bob's guys, without additional cost to me, leveled the floor and completed the work beautifully. Bob stands behind his work. And I'd highly recommend his company. Dissatisfied with service from their carpet layers In certain areas upstairs the carpet was pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle. Lower part of our Bedroom dresser was scraped look like from them moving it .. left over carpet was not left with us the carpet layers took it with them .. contacted m&m on several occasions they finally retuned call and had them to come back out to look at the carpet and the dresser but nothing much was done .. very disappointing for all the money we paid for the carpet read more

I had linoleum installed in my kitchen in October 2021. I was told it had a year warranty. In March I noticed a lump under it. I contacted them and heard nothing. Fast forward to Dec and have called, emailed and went into the store. Told them I have multiple lumps and they are going to have to replace the linoleum. I was told Bob would contact me but still haven't heard back from them. They talk like they're going to take care of it but nothing. Floor looks like it's over 5 years old. Unprofessional. Never returns phone calls even for a cash paying customer. We set aside 6k to have our kitchen done. The "salesman" came out and promised a quote. A week later, nothing. 5 phone calls and a different excuse every time. Go to Staffords in Redlands if you want professionalism. Very disappointed. read more

I Can't say enough about M & M Carpets. From the day Hunter came to measure our home for flooring to the end of installation. Hunter was instrumental in my decision on choosing M & M for our job. Hunter delivered samples and made every effort to please my wife and me. He and his boss, Bob, made appointments at their showroom and had samples for me to look at already put aside after understanding what me and my wife were looking for. It made my selection very easy. Their hardwood floor installer Ron and his assistant Chris were great and willing to work around us and when ask to do a herringbone effect with a boarder in our entry way he did an excellent job, thanks Ron. You Be The Judge! We had premium vinyl tile installed through M&M two years ago. The tile was installed throughout the house (1600 sq.ft. @ $10k). Bob (the owner) and his crew did the install while we were away on vacation. The install was done in the summer and by winter tiles were lifting up throughout the house. It was determined that calcium chlorate was seeping up from the foundation and pushing up the tiles. Mr. Foster agreed to replace some of the tiles, but was reluctant to do so. The same thing happened the following winter, but worse. This time Mr. Foster said there was nothing he could do. When I consulted other experts, they said that Mr. Foster should have put a sealant down prior to installing the tiles. We were never informed of the calcium chlorate issue when the carpet was removed, nor were we advised that there may be issues with this later. He went through with the install and then turned his back. Buyer beware!! read more
