Sure they'll show up every week and check the water but don't expect it to be balanced or the pool to look good unless you constantly monitor them. If your water sanitation is off you won't be informed. My pool was actually GREEN with algae yet nothing was done except offering an expensive device after I CALLED to ask what was going on and complained. I specifically asked if there were chemicals that would help and was told NO. I took a water sample to a reputable company and had it analyzed only to find out that not only was it far out of balance but that there was an additive that would remove and control the algae. The pool was seldom vacuumed until I insisted that it should be done weekly. The sides was also not brushed until I complained. This company has one goal: make money by providing minimal service.

And I think their prices are very good. sadly, we had to go back to them again today, and within hours they called with the estimate to repair the robot and have the parts on order. They only offered to split the cost for a new one with us. About 10 months after the build was final, a pipe to the pump began to leak. We tried messaging and calling multiple times with no response. Once that final check was written, it was very hard to get ahold of anyone. There were other issues along the way. I so felt that David only wanted to talk to my husband. He blew me off multiple times, or wouldn't do what I asked. He would say, "I'll wait to talk to your husband about that." The pool was my project for our house.
