I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.

I called around several different pool companies to get an estimate we decided to go with AquaRama Pools & Spas. Initially up front after speaking with Bill who has been very Professional and helpful the whole time with this company they were able to get a team out to clean the pool prior to pictures being taken. We were told our services would be every Friday. My wife calls them over the weekend because no one had come on Friday to do the weekly cleaning of the pool, that is when she was told they changed our days to Mondays my wife tells them that our photographer will be there by 1100 on Monday April 18 to take the pictures of the house and asked for them to be there prior to that. Well Monday comes around and my wife had to call the company and double check to see if it was completed prior to 1100 this was at 1030 where she was then notified that the employee had called in sick an hour prior and that no one would be able to come out and clean the pool. As anyone would expect that would get under the skin of any customer and it was unacceptable of the non existent communication from the company. The General Manager Sandy calls my wife after my wife had posted honest reviews of the company on different sites. Sandy was able to get an employee to go to the house unfortunately after our photographers were there. After Sandy had seen the reviews and the conversation with my wife she was trying to convince my wife to remove the reviews that she had posted earlier. My wife had said she would remove the reviews as long as the company held up their end and maintained better communication and service. The pictures below are the result of the employee coming out to service on Monday. I called and spoke to Bill on Wednesday April 20 to see if we were still on the schedule for Friday to be cleaned because our house goes on the market and there will be showings. Our conversations with Bill has always been professional he said the GM was out of the office and would speak with her and get back to me to see if we were still on the schedule. Brings me to today April 21, Bill again very professional had called me to inform me that the GM Sandy would not have us as customers until the reviews were removed. With that being said I can not recommend this company as a pool service due to the lack of Communication and Professionalism from the General Mangers and lack of quality of service.

Today I called them up to…read moreprice a new motor and Ethan in repairs is the absolute most professional and helpful customer service person I have encountered in a VERY long time! Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

First off I did not engage Perimeter Pool Service to do any work for me so I want to make that…read moreclear. BUT I did speak to Bob the owner many times over a two month period this Spring as I wanted a bid on repairing a 20x40 pool that needed a new liner and possibly pump and filter work. He was ill at the time (since recovered) but was upbeat and pleasant when we first met to go over what I would probably need. Unfortunately I entrusted the pool liner install to my general contractor who used a less than good person to do the work. In a panic over the possibility the pool was leaking, I called Bob a few times and he always took the time to talk to me even though we had entered the busiest time of the year for pool companies and I did not hire him. In talking to him (and meeting with two other "pool inspectors") I came to realize that he is probably one of those business people who understands service and values his reputation. I made the mistake of not using Perimeter Pool Svc the first time but will use them them the next time.

Eventually with the help of others, I diagnosed and spent 125.00 to fix the system myself. Then his seam in my vinyl liner failed. Again no answers to voicemail, text, or email until after I reported to the BBB. He called but never mentioned the BBB. He made promises that, 9 months later still have not materialized.
