Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

He was ill at the time (since recovered) but was upbeat and pleasant when we first met to go over what I would probably need. Unfortunately I entrusted the pool liner install to my general contractor who used a less than good person to do the work. In a panic over the possibility the pool was leaking, I called Bob a few times and he always took the time to talk to me even though we had entered the busiest time of the year for pool companies and I did not hire him. In talking to him (and meeting with two other "pool inspectors") I came to realize that he is probably one of those business people who understands service and values his reputation.
