We decided to take the trip and it was worth it. The Fox Vally location had the most patio future displays we'd seen and we quickly found the Gensun Grand Terrace set we were interested in. Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.

After 10 weeks I asked that they reach out to the manufacturer. I was informed that the company did not receive the order. Absent my pestering, the product would never have been delivered. My consideration was a fast delivery the 2nd time. Not enough !

Employees sitting around the main desk, chomping on food and surfing on phones and completely ignored us. Not even a hello and when we looked over at them to get their attention, they all just sat there chomping food and staring at us like deers in the headlights. When we walked over to the desk, some short blond guy, still chewing his food asked us what we needed. After explaining we were there to pay the balance on a hot tub, I started to open my checkbook. The short blond guy snickered and laughed, saying "we haven't taken a check since 2024". While looking over at the other employees aimlessly surfing their phones at the desk for approval of his nasty attitude. Beyond RUDE and condescending. So we pulled out a credit card and still snickering, the guy asks us if we "need to split the payment into more than 1 credit card". Seriously??? This is how you treat customers buy a $$$$$ hot tub?! No wonder your store is empty!!! Had we not already had such a good experience with the original salesperson Rachel - we would have demanded our deposit back and walked out. Nasty, rude, no manners. Somebody better teach your employees how to treat customers!!! Believe me, I will be sharing this poor experience with everyone I know!

He was never pushy, and we appreciated his honesty about which features would be good choices for us and which we could do without. Our project started in late fall and the crew worked incredibly hard to get the bulk of the work done before the winter. Even though the crew was rushing to beat the weather, we were amazed at their precision and the attention to detail they showed. Tom, the owner of the company, was onsite the whole time working hard and attending to many details like making sure that that the pool was completely level! Erich has exceeded our expectations regarding the opening of the pool, training us to take care of the pool, and making sure that our first pool season is problem free.
