Adam had me work with Brett, and I learned a lot about hot tubs...I owed one previously in the late 90's...and there has been a lot of good changes to these things. Anyway, these guys listened to our needs & budget and found a hot tub that our family LOVES. In fact, I was even impressed with their install team, who went over everything with me again on the care of the tub. We did have one issue, appears a house got twisted during delivery effecting the water pressure. These guys came out quickly, found the problem and fixed it. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam, and his entire team of professionals. They are passionate about these tubs, and very knowledgeable so if you are in the market for one, start with these guys.

I hate when sales people are on top of you, pressuring you to buy something so it was nice to have our space and know that if we needed help they were available. The store isn't open very late so you'd have to go daytime. I believe they normally close around 5 or 6 pm. Great store!

I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I bought the heater on line for $365 and installed it myself. What a ripoff, never do business with them again.

After speaking with management several times about mechanical issues with my pool . You would of…read morethought the management would know what was happening with the pool pump. As I stated the management knew what size pump was needed and knew I was very much limited to my time. After many conversations with management pictures and video sent to the manger, again threre was No discrepancy on what the need and the motor size was so I was told to make an appointment for a tech to visit my home. Not only was the tech either showing up early from an afternoon appt or vise versa 3x then making it worse he intsalled the wrong size motor for a pool that is very large. When I called to get the motor replaced with the correct size I had to call again the 1.800 number which goes to Taiwan. I can't get a manager here in the states so now I am dealing with someone in Taiwan to help fix this problem..nope didn't work! Now, with my pump the wrong size and that is costing me more money because my pool is working harder. I am needles to say very upset! I will fix this problem and my advise to anyone who has a pool. Go to another box store or pool company . leslie pool is high priced and for no reason! The Customer service is awful!! Seems to be all about how much they can sell but not how many customers can we keep! After I do fix this issue I am done with this company!

The Mgr at the East Cobb Store (Store 400), Chaz, expressed a sincere concern and interest in making things right. First repair, done under warranty and done by Chaz, fixed us right up. Several months later, same failure through no fault of Chaz's repairs. Chaz knew this couldn't be right, so he contacted Polaris who advised the failed parts had undergone a redesign to strengthen the exact parts that failed the second time. Polaris, to their credit, rather than sending just the new redesigned parts, was sending a whole new vacuum which would include the newly redesigned parts. My thanks to Chaz for his dedication to making things right and to Polaris for standing behind their product.

Bought 20 new caps for my above ground pool. They arrived and they were the wrong color. Then I placed an order for the correct caps and they sent me 20 but they looked USED! They were all scuffed up and had black marks all over the "brand new caps". I emailed recwarehouse....no resonse. i went through their website and tried to contact they via their customer form. NOTHING!!!!!!! My advice....stay away!!!!!!!!!! Pay a few dollars more and go with a company that gets better reviews and has better customer service!!!!!
