BEWARE! they sell beautiful furniture but AFTER you pay, they stamp on your receipt "all sales final and all pieces sold AS IS". When I asked about the all sales final sign in the store, if furniture is delivered damaged, the husband verbally said "oh we would take care of that". Not true. We noticed damage and when I spoke to the wife, she said to email pictures. I've sent 3 emails. No response. I'm not asking for a replacement or money back, just to have the cheap particle board backing replaced. MY MISTAKE for supporting this business. Literally spent over 6 grand here and can't get an email response. read more

This little store has totally adorable stuff. Love the style. The owner is definitely not friendly and seemed bothered when my husband and I were there. The young man working there seemed perfectly delightful and I suspect he tries to compensate for the boss's unfriendly demeanor. I tried to engage the owner and she was clearly not in the mood to be engaged. It was unsettling enough that I actually checked Yelp after I left and I see it wasn't just me. That made me feel a lot better about my experience, actually. Not everyone is gifted with gab, naturally friendly, and/or able to easily make small talk. She certainly had some incredibly cute pieces and I will return to her store for sure, I just know now not to bother with attempting small talk with her. 4 stars because the stuff is cute enough to offset the slightly off-putting behavior of the shop owner (especially considering the possibility that she might not be able to help it.) We have purchased multiple items from Leslie's for our house. We did have issues getting one of the items but my biggest reason for the single star is the owner. Her kids work at the store and they are so polite and friendly, she on the other hand can be pleasant one day, nasty, unfriendly like we are bothering her the next 3 visits but what really bothers me the most is how she treats her kids in front of customers. On multiple occasions, one in dealing with us, she tells them everything they are doing wrong at that moment and not in a friendly way....isn't there an office you can take them into instead of berating them in front of customers. How embarrassing for them. There are better ways to handle "teachable moments"!!!!!!! I worked with my son at one point and when I needed to correct something he did, it was before we opened or after we closed or if it needed correction immediately it was back in my office NEVER in front of a customer! read more

Not an experience I would like to relive. Not a smile from them, no pleasant exchanges, I was price gouged ( my fault for needing a gift In a hurry ) and to add Insult to injury I notice their sign "All sales final." How often do you see such a sign? I said to the cashier/owner(?) "all sales final? That kinda scares me." She responded by saying ......nothing; not a peep, not an acknowledgement of my comment. Recently purchased a large piece of furniture at this store. I ordered it back at the beginning of January and was told it would take around 4-6 weeks to make and get in. The owners ordered the wrong doors for the piece and it took another two weeks for them to have the piece in and complete. When I went to pick it up, I told them I was there to get the piece I ordered, they said "yeah it's outside", stamped my receipt and that was it. Didn't come out to load it or help load it or even offer to help. They had very poor customer service. Especially since they messed my order up. I paid a lot of money for this piece of furniture. Can't say I'll be jumping to go back and make another purchase anytime soon. read more

Awesome store! I have bought several pieces here over the past year and I love all of them. The furniture is really unique and well made, I have yet to get anything from them that was defective in any way. There prices are very reasonable as is their delivery policy. They do have some nice pieces. They definitely upgrade pieces with their color and fixture selections. I don't care much for their new location as it seems as though they have fewer items and the items they do have are overpriced. VERY unwilling to haggle. You do need to check their furniture closely. Although their pieces are cute, sometimes the drawers stick or the paint job is sloppy in areas. So, while they certainly have some nice, cute pieces, their overall prices are too high. read more

The Leslie's are particularly helpful and accommodating business people. I am an interior decorator and have purchased quite a number of pieces from this shop in the past. Historically I have found the male owner to be very helpful . He has carried furniture to my truck or helped me get everything safely to my vehicle when I have purchased accessories for clients. However, I (accompanied by my husband) visited the shop this week for the LAST TIME EVER. I will be taking my business elsewhere! The female owner (wife perhaps?) was incredibly rude to my husband when he asked the price of an item that was unlabeled. He came back to me with the price but was extremely irritated by her attitude. I had just about finished shopping (approximately a $3,000 total purchase this trip) went up to the register to ask if I could pay for everything that day but come back with our truck the following morning. We had been shopping all day and just didn't have enough room for everything. I hadn't even finished asking my question when the attitude emerged. I couldn't believe it when she rolled her eyes at me. Unfortunately, this was not the first time that I found her to be offensive. It was the first time that her rudeness was witnessed by someone else. We were the only customers in the store and I was about to drop three thousand dollars. As we were talking, a customer walked in the door, and she was as sweet as can be to them. Obviously, her rudeness was being directed at us and could be turned on/off.
