Driving through town and stopped at this shop to check our tire pressure. Sure enough one tire had a small puncture. First thing in the morning the staff repaired it and we were on our way. Very friendly and great service. read more

Needed a tire patch urgently this morning. I was the second one in the door.. Colin assured me that they will be able to take care of me and for sure within 20 minutes my tire is patched. Will definitely consider this company for my tire replacements as they seem to actually care about their customers thank you guys again ! read more

Every visit here has been less than ideal. When they give an estimated wait add several hours to that to avoid extreme irritation. I am PISSED. They can fill my gas tank next visit. Horrible service when we come from the mountains and have infants at home and need a tire fixed. Even if you an appointment DO NOT TRUST that they will service you timely. hate this location. read more

I was passing through Willits and my tire pressure light came on. I went into Les Schwab and they took care of me right away. They were so nice and it was almost closing time. Fixed my tire right away. Great service read more

They were friendly and were happy to help me check the air pressure on all my tires even though I wasn't purchasing anything. Nice people; I'd go back if I were to (heaven forbid) have any tire issues! read more

Terrific!! We were six hours from home on our way home from Fort Bragg on a Saturday morning when we discovered a nail in our tire. All tire stores nearby wouldn't open till Monday. I was able to get an appointment for first thing in the am. Every person we encountered was kind, professional, caring, and had that good old fashioned feel you get in a small town....a thing the world could use a lot more of. We walked to Starbucks and back and our car was done waiting for us. They didn't charge us anything-but we tipped because they paid it forward and so we want to do the same! Made my heart full and my anxiety dissipate! These guys are special!! Thank you so much. And ps....the bathroom was very clean and the popcorn was delish-even at 8:30 am! read more

Geoff was an excellent technician and customer service rep. Great place to get wheels!

I had a great experience with Les Schwab service. I was there when it opened at 8am and needed assistance with a flat tire. The staff and service could not have been any better. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. I believe in giving credit where credit is due and I value these types of positive interactions. read more

Not happy with the service here- started off by them trying to drastically overcharge for a wheel swap- from one truck to another (wanted $600) after getting that figured out it took over 3 hours to move 6 tires from one truck to another and they still ended up overcharging but I was 3 hours from home so I really had no choice! The owner/ manager was very rude and kept insisting I take it somewhere else- next time I will- (edited) got about 30 miles down the road and was losing air- they left a valve stem nut loose and ended up stranded in the middle of nowhere! Stay away from this place read more

I was driving from Eureka to San Jose (Bay Area) when I got a flat on highway 101. I came here on June 9, 2024 as it was the ONLY repair shop in the area that was open on a Saturday. I was greeted by Paul when I came in. The waiting area was extremely clean. Paul was able to reassure me and explain the process they would be doing to diagnose the issue and fix it. In an extremely timely manner they were able to find that I had a nail in my tire, in which they plugged it and check my air pressure in all 4 tires and get me out the door, FREE OF CHARGE. If I lived in the area these would definitely be the people I would trust with my vehicle maintenance. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hardworking when it comes to providing quality service and great customer care. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Tires were slashed I had it towed over , they even had the size of tires I needed on site already ! Most places have to special order them due to the performance tires not being a common thing around mendo and lake county's , these guys even put a few gallons of gas in my tank after it had ran out completely in the middle of the job. And sat there and charged my vehicle battery up after it not starting for a long while for over a hour to make sure it didn't die on my again on the at home! Thanks guys ! read more

The Les Schwab tire shop in Willits California helped me with a truck today that I had problems with after changing wheel studs. I brought my truck in to a gentleman named Mario at this Les Schwab in Willits, California Mario went over everything with me the customer service from Mario was outstanding and they had my truck back to me in less than two hours without the truck. My day wouldn't be successful due to needing the truck for work I want to thank Mario and the team at the in California for their outstanding value and customer service they have offered this is by far the best I've ever been to thank you Willis, California Les Schwab read more

My daughter had brake problems on our '85 Ford truck on the way over from Fort Bragg, so she stopped in Willits. It was around 4:30 pm, but they were great about hunting down all the parts for the breaks, and were on the repair first thing the next morning. Whomever sent the parts sent a wrong part in the correct box. When contacted, they wanted to wait until 3pm to send it out. Paul sent a guy to Santa Rosa to get the part, so my daughter could get back on the road. These guys went above and beyond - but I feel like that's just the way they always operate. Anyone needing brake work or tires - come here. read more

We had all 4 tires replaced, and when got the vehicle back the TPM's weren't working and a clanking noise from one of the wheels. My wife took the vehicle back to the Willits Les Schwab, and Paul, the Manager told here it would be over $400 to replace the TPMs as they are bad. She told him they worked when we brought it in for tires, and he told her that they "just go bad". The noise was a TPM that came loose in the tire. I talked to Paul and asked how what he told my wife is possible? He said they just go bad. I reminded him they worked before they put hands on it. He admitted they they my owe us one for the faulty install the was rolling around in the tire. He says "look, I told your wife what happen, not my fault she doesn't understand". Took it to Commercial Tire. Behold, 1 faulty TPM due to bad install. The rest worked. The price of replacement was 25% less than the corporate giant. I will never purchase or get service from Les Schwab ever again. read more

This is a great shop been there multiple times, clean store good service prices are good

Don't even. I cannot give this place a star. I went in for the free brake inspection and was told my front brakes were fine, and the rear needed a little work, but nothing urgent. I was told that my left ball joint was loose and that not repairing that soon would be "catastrophic". I few days later I was in Sebastopol and my brakes made a terrible crazy noise. I took it to a mechanic there, Sonoma County Autocare and they showed me that my front and rear brake shoes were cracked, the front rotors warped and with burn marks and gouges... and more... and that my vehicle was therefore not safe to drive. I had my brakes done at Sonoma County Autocare. They also said there was zero play in the ball joints, and zero need to replace them. Just to be sure, I went for a third opinion to Benedetti's, since Les Schwab Willits said the ball joint was dangerously loose. They confirmed that both ball joints are fine. WTF? Les Schwab, you actually endangered my life with your free brake inspection. Thank goodness they didn't fail on the grade down to Ukiah. read more

Great tire shop in Willits. They didn't charge the first time I went there because there was a quick fix they suggested! When I did need tires, they had the lowest price. Try to make an appointment read more

Seriously, I don't even understand why people come here. You make an appointment, let them know you'll be dropping it off early, they don't inform you of key drop box, since it's not in the box the appointment doesn't exist and my car is out front waiting for the service all day. Wow. I mean really. Y'all need some work. read more

Went in on July 3rd in the morning and was greeted by signs on the doors saying that they were not doing any oil changes for the rest of the day. So I tried again on the 5th. Same story. I went this morning and was told that they would pull it in "in a couple of hours." I was prepared for that. I had coffee, a book to read, and my phone. While waiting, I saw people come in after me and leave. I do not know what they were having done. One gentleman came in with a tire issue and was out again within 10 minutes. He said "thanks for taking care of me so fast" to the lady who checked me in as he was leaving. I'm sure the other people was waiting with me appreciated the good service that he recieved along with me... At the four hour mark, my car was right where I had parked it this morning. I just asked for my keys. They were handed to me with a "sorry about that." Well, that doesn't really cut it. If they gave a tinker's dam about customer service, they would have spoken to me a bit closer to the two hour mark and told me that they were running behind. Had I known that it was going to be more than four hours before they even pulled my car in, I could have decided what to do at that point - whether to leave, arrange for a ride home and back, etc. I think I'll look elsewhere for my automotive needs. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! Second time I brought in a tire for repair that they didn't repair the first time! They did such a horrible job on my brakes it destroyed the rotors. DO NOT bring your vehicle here EVER!!!! Terrible customer service, totally inaccurate wait times, they lie just to get you in the door. Go to Graviers in Laytonville, (independent mom and pop) or Nor Crawl across the street, (locally owned). These big box corporations do not care about you at all. Your money is way better spent on community owned businesses, NOT big corporations like Les Schwab. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! Another wasted day of my life waiting for Les Schwab. They said it would take one to two hours tops to rotate my tires and fix a slow leak they failed to fix the first time. I'VE BEEN WAITING 3 HOURS AND THEY ARE FINALLY JUST NOW GETTING TO MY VEHICLE!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! read more

they are the worst. asked to check a flat tire if it needed to be replaced or repaired. front office gal said it would be an hour. Waited 90 minutes and asked how much longer. she responded 2 hours maybe longer. Went across the street and the fixed us up with new tire in 15 minutes. read more

Went in for new tires today because the manager goood ol Kale said the tires we ordered weren't in stock and he had his house brand 'back country' in stock. I asked if he could include alignment with the deal and he barks "absolutely not, I'm losing $1000 on this deal already. To help him with advanced algebra $50/tire times 4 tires=$200 not $1000! Then he charges $70 for balancing the brand new tires we bought from him. Any other shop would include for free and he doesn't mention this in the quote after asking initially for the cost breakdown. Also when you quote 1.5 hrs and it goes double isn't because of covid but bad management. Keep on truckin and go to anywhere else besides this place. read more

We were on a road trip to Fort Bragg and had a tire pressure warning appear on our car. Trevor told us to pull to a bay and Mario was out there ready to see how to help. We are back on our way happier than ever thanks to the peace of mind they gave us! read more

The manager with see if he can work us in the next 2 hours, I contacted the Ukiah location, which was able to get us right in for service. Even with broken lug nut new tires , wrong set and correct set , a 20 minutes drive my car was finished before the people could get me in. Management needs to manage better read more

I don't get why the don't do appointments anymore! It being a first come first serve service makes it very hard, and makes you wait forever! I got new tires here last summer and now am back for a complimentary rotation. The service here is great! I am treated well by all employees and have never had any problems. When they first put the tires on, there was a warning light on my dash for tire pressure that I was concerned about. The technician came out and explained to me that the system would reset itself and the light would go off once I got up to a certain speed. He was very nice and was correct. read more

Les Schwab Tire Center - Waiting for tire rotation... - Tires Near Me - Willits, California

AAA took my car to a shop down the rd. They didn't have my size, with an hour before all the shops closed. I called les to see if they did. And they did! They couldn't do roadside due to tire type. They don't tow and any tow truck was an hour plus to deliver the car to the location. I asked if they could deliver it .4 miles down the road, that was a no go too. So I walked there on my way I called to ask if they could have it ready in about 5mins because the shop I was at closed at 5. I arrived at 4:26. No staff at the front. When they finally came up she asked me if I was here for the tire. Knowing I had to be to the other shop before 5 and I had to walk the tire back, the woman helping me seemed to not worry about rushing, As she was cashing me out couldn't she remember how to run my CC by 4:48 I was walking out the door to carry my tire back to the shop down the rd. The other shop stayed late for me thankfully and had me out of there in 10mins read more

I tried talking to the manager about getting my tires rotated but he kept cutting me off. Extremely discourteous and absolutely rude. Maybe he was having a bad day or stressed about something in his life but his customer service skills are way below par. I ended up going to another location and was greeted with a smile and friendly faces. The one in Ukiah is much cleaner and the customer service is more than one could expect. read more

Got a nail in the tire over in Mendocino and discovered that there are no tire shops there or in Fort Bragg that fix flats on Saturday afternoon. We limped over the hill to Willits and even though we didn't have a appointment, the folks at Les Schwab quickly and cheerfully fixed it, and REFUSED PAYMENT! Next time I need tires, I'll go back. Thanks. read more

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I just bought a new set of tires from Les Schwab on Thursday with a bit of initial apprehension after reading the previous yelp reviews. Because I was in a time crunch, I went for it and hoped for the best after confirming no other tire store in driving distance had the size I needed. I'm pleased to report the new manager, Cail, exceeded my expectations. He was helpful over the phone, confirmed he had what I needed in stock, offered me a discount and I waited less than an hour for the whole rotation getting me on the road for a business trip. The store room even looks 100% better than it did previously. Way to go, Les Schwab, for hiring the right fit for your Willits location! Thanks, Cail! read more

Where to start. I have been going to the Heber location since they opened. I was probably just turning 20 years old then. At the time I had no money and desperate to stay on the road. Multiple times they helped me we flat tires and even a road side assistance even though I could not purchase much needed new tires or pay them half the time. Fast forward 16 plus years. What a crew they have. I think it trickles down from the great leadership that the company builds. I now try to do as much as I can with them. Time has passed and I now own my own company with a fleet of 28 vehicles. Les Schwab has continued to go above and beyond. I make it a point to try and tell all my friends. They have more than earned my business for life. read more

We had a flat tire at Willits going to Fort Bragg. Damn nail. Went to Les to get it fixed. Customer service was amazing. Manny, the service technician was very helpful. The only thing was we didn't get the estimate for the tire. When the tire was fixed, we were expecting to pay about $100. Manny just said thank you, and come again. I asked how much. He said it's free. This Made My day. Thanks Manny we are new to this town, and definitely you will get my business. read more

WORST customer service ever!!! I've been getting tires from them for years, I drove over an hour after calling to insure they could service my car, when I got there they had me wait over 30 min. then said they couldn't do the service cause "there are 15 different steps to complete this task".....really!!! no apology.
