I've been an off and on again customer for many years and absolutely adore some of the techs at this establishment. But ... I visited Friday 3/28 for a pedicure and full set and was completely ignored. I signed in and sat down. about 10 minutes later another lady came in signed in and was sent straight back (ok, maybe she was getting something else done). Another 5 minutes and 2 women came in, signed in, and was sent straight back again. Then another lady came in and (you guessed it) signed in and back she went. i will never go ANYWHERE ELSE for my nails. le's nails is where it's at!! the staff is so thorough and attention to detail oriented. they will not let you walk out of there without nails that are less than 100% perfect. i went to Chris for my toes and Lee for my hands and they both were incredible. this is my second time here and it will definitely not be my last! they're the best. also for the price, you can't beat it. for a gel pedicure and acrylics, i only paid $90. anywhere else, i would have paid over $100. they're the best salon i've ever been to. read more

I went here on Saturday morning to get a fill in done with gel polish. Sunday morning I woke up and went about my normal routine. Keep in mind I get this done all the time, I'm a regular now with them. Well I run my hands through my hair and look at my nails, and I noticed the gel polish has started to peel off. i started coming to le's a year ago. the staff knows me by name and ask about my family and kids every time i come in! i've never had a bad experience here and i have a fill in every 3 weeks. kevin and kelly are absolutely wonderful at what they do, and i recommend them! it's never too busy when i go in, and i'm always seen in a timely manner. read more

I normally never wanna be negative but i guess because i came in so late or something they were just ready to go home my whole right hand is crooked after i asked for coffin. He did not cut down my real nails or even test the forms to see if they would fit he just started flying them on and almost all of them were too small an i'm having serious discomfort from my nails. the color and the application of the color on my toes and fingers were beautiful and they were very nice to me other than when he was done with one hand he'd throw it back at me and i kept hitting my hand on the plexiglass type thing keeping us separated. This is NOT a normal day here so idk what happened. read more

Very good work! Very friendly . Only downfall as during covid times...the suite is kinda small and we were less than 6 ft apart. They Did recommend Gel nail polish due to Covid to reduce the fans recirculating things in the air. I just wish it was a bit larger!! They did allow masks only which is super awesome! I wanted to try a new place besides my regular place but boy was I mistaken to do that. The pedicure was wonderful but my manicure was a nightmare. The person I had didn't speak a lick of English so the owner had to come over and translate for him multiple times. Some of my nails were put on crooked. I tried to tell him multiple times but of course he couldn't understand. Then I even showed him a picture of what I wanted and they still were wrong. I even showed the owner and they still turned out wrong. I left in tears because I was so frustrated. I had the dip done and they look horrible. I will never go back read more

You don't remove dip nails by cutting and popping the nail off! go somewhere else of you thing that is normal! I specifically asked to use a dremel/file down, but they just used toe nail clippers and shattered my nail and started ripping my nail off! It hurt so bad and now I'm left with horribly damaged nails! read more

Went to get SNS didnt have the color I wanted so Steven dipped my nail in the clear SNS then put the color I wanted on top in gel form. Chipped two days later. Went back. Steven fixed them with no charge. All of them peeled off within a week of being done. To pay $35 plus a 20% tip is a lot to have them not stay more than a week. On the bright side.. their pedicures are better! read more

I have been going here for years and normally have a good experience with my manicures and pedicures. Last manicure I had was great, but the pedicure I felt steps were skipped. My tech did not use a scrub or hot towel, and only filed my toe nails. When I asked if I get the scrub and hot towel he said that those are only for the deluxe pedicure when I know I've been coming here for years and have only ever got a regular pedicure. Also my total price did not reflect the prices displayed on the board, which made me not so happy. read more

Stopped in on my way to Birmingham for a conference. Wanted to get my nails done before I left Decatur but my regular place wasn't open before I left town. Easy access of I-65, not busy at 10:30, clean, good health department rating. Was able to get in quickly and that's when the trouble started. The technician, who I assumed was the owner/manager, nicked my cuticles to the point of pain several times. He apologized each time but was too distracted by another male staff member and did it again. Partially through the process, he and said staff member got into a shouting match in Vietnamese. This was a VERY uncomfortable situation in what should have been a relaxing morning on my day off! Glad I don't live in Gardendale and if I did, WOULD NEVER go back to this salon. read more
