The front desk staff have always been so kind and helpful whenever I check both in and out. They also offer drinks such as sodas, wine, coffee, beer, and water. I have been seeing Destiny for about 4 years now and she has been amazing. She took me from black to a beautiful ash blonde. There have been a few times where I've had to see other stylist just because my schedule didn't line up with her, and they have all been amazing as well. There really isn't anyone I wouldn't trust seeing at the Collective. Every stylist I've seen has always been so attentive to the details and informative when I come in with the most vague idea of what u want to do with my hair. Her color selection and technique is amazing and my hair is in fantastic shape even though is it curly and dry. I get compliments all the time on both my style and color. She also charges a lot less than the salons I used to go to in Birmingham and does better work! I highly recommend going to Jourdan at this Salon. She also will always try to accommodate my schedule and fit me in if I give her late notice as well. I travel a lot for my work so sometimes that is an issue for me.
