I'd say overall I had a better experience than most here. I was greeted and helped right away by a younger man then told to sit in my pedicure chair until one of the ladies was done with her current customer. My pedicure was pretty basic, nothing fancy and felt much shorter than most but the end result looks really good! Next was my gel manicure. My nails are super this from doing dip nails for months so she was super gentle with them and added an extra base coat and top coat. Overall I had a good experience but probably wouldn't go back. For the price I paid, i can go to my favorite spot for cleaner and better services. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever. When I walked in one of the associates act like she didn't see me. I was passed off to two different associates. The entire process I felt like I was being rushed. My nails gel nails were uneven. The wrong color was placed on my nails. The demo was not the same as the actual color that was applied to my nails. NEVER GO HERE. I got my eyebrows waxed here and they severely burned the middle of my face. I got it done on march 17, 2014. And I still have a scar on my face. When I went back a couple days later the lady denied that they were the ones who burned me and after a long chat she gave me my money back and recommended cortisone cream for this burn that took several layers of my skin off. I've had to go see a dermatologist for this and he confirmed it will be a scar. Their service is horrible and they wouldn't admit it? Walked in , singed in and waited 20 minutes and not even a "hello" or "we'll be right with you". Once I was called, still no hello.... This annoyed me I was seen by a guy named T K( not sure how it's spelled), I tried to make conversation but in the beginning he didn't seem interested, 15 minutes before I was done he finally started talking to me (kind of awkward lol) He did a good job on my nails to my surprise, but the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Not a single customer in there was talking or smiling, the staff was speaking only Vietnamese. I was sitting right at the register so when a customer questioned why her bill was so high the worker started getting loud in tone and then immediately started yelling across the salon in her language which caused every person inside to look. I don't think I'll go back, this is the only time I get mommy alone time and going somewhere that feels that uncomfortable isn't what I'm looking for. Me and my fiancé went there today cuz we didn't want to drive to town to our usual place for a pedi; I guess we shouldn't have gotten lazy about it becuz the place isn't worth going back ever again. Like one of the previous reviews had said, the water was cold. The guy even rinse my legs off with COLD water. (Not even lukewarm!) despite the fact that the coloring wasn't horribly done, nothing else was good enough really. The two guys doing our nails were constantly watching their football games and chatting; barely scrub the bottom of my feet for 30 seconds; barely even massage our legs for 5 mins. Check this out: the massage chair was set to go for 20 mins and we were done soon after the massage chair had stopped. The guy buffed my fiance's nails, and didn't notify him that it's $5 extra. I could have done that for my fiancé! If the guy had done a great job and charged extra that would have been fine; but he barely did anything and didn't even buff his nails all to the same standard! We left angry without leaving a tip. Really, for what they have done they should be glad that we paid the full amount. Oh by the way, their awesome customer service is written on the wall: "all of the nail personnels are all individual contractors; if you have any problem with them please deal with him/her directly." If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. But since I am obligated to give at least one, I will do it purely out of no option on my part. This was my second time going to this salon since they have moved upstairs. My first time wasn't so bad, I wasn't thrilled about my nails but I wasn't completely upset like I am now. I figured I'd give this place another go because the woman who serviced me, Mimi, was very kind the first time around. What a terrible misconception on my part... I went to Mimi again. When she finished placing the acrylic and gel coating on my nails she immediately asked me to pay. I didn't think much of it at the time - but now I should have told her to finish first so I could see the end result. It took an hour and a half for her to finish my nails because of the fact that she couldn't understand how I wanted them done (even though I specifically explained it to her and even showed her a picture). When she finally understood what I wanted after wiping, repainting, and huffing a few times - It of course turned out... Well, terrible! My fingers and nails had a multitude of smeared nail polishes stuck to it. Did she even bother to clean it off? No, of course not. The nail polish was sloppy and rushed through as if she had somewhere else to be - AND APPARENTLY she did. After finishing up my polish she took me to the dryer, turned it on without another word, and from what I understood went to take a break because she needed to buy her vegetables from the farmer's market. Okay? Awesome customer service there! I felt a bit bad at first because when she asked me to pay I didn't tip her. I wanted to wait till the end because I assumed my nails were going to look pretty nice and I wanted to thank her in a more polite and personal manner. Well, since she left and did such a "WONDERFUL" job I decided that waiting for her to return (so that I may tip her) wasn't going to be necessary. To no surprise by the time I got home the nail polish had ALREADY scuffed off onto my door handle when getting out of my car. She told me to dry twice under the dryer and that is what I did. Sighhhhhh! I didn't even want to bother going back for them to fix it. I wiped all of the caked on nail polish off of my nails, hands, and fingers then redid the polish myself. Pretty bummed when I leave a place and the rhinestones fall off before I even leave the Parking lot. They were closed already so I didn't go back in. The only plus side of this place is that they're right inside the mall and open pretty late. I work In a gym and need my rhinestones to be secured on well. While it wasn't the best mani/pedi I've ever had in my life, it definitely got the job done. A girlfriend and I were in the mall and in desperate need of some attention to our digits due to the fact our husbands were coming home from training the next day. Every where around town would be closed by the time we got there, so I had to go against the Yelp flow and try this place out. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't walk away with the most fabulous experience, but I didn't walk away with hepatitis or MRSA either! They squeezed us in right before they closed and got to work on both of us right away. I think it was Steve who did both my mani and pedi. He didn't talk much, which I actually prefer sometimes. My friend got acrylics and we were worried that them being pressed for time would result in her coming out with some funky nails, but lo and behold, she walked away with a pretty sweet set of pink and whites! I'd say Le's is like the Taco Bell of nail salons. It's not the best for you, and it's not the greatest out there, but it's there to comfort you when you need it! read more

Steve is THE BEST here. I always see him when my nails need a little work. He's so careful and meticulous with his nail art. He won't rush, always asks to make sure I'm happy with his work before moving on, and won't force any conversation if you don't want to chat. He's very friendly. Also, if you're a cuticle freak and have sensitive cuticles like I do, he'll be very gentle and not take off too much like other technicians do. If you want amazing nail art, especially any glitter fades, he is the guy to see. 5 stars for Steve! Call to make sure he's working before you go in! You won't be disappointed. read more

The guy however did take his time, but still happened to have Weird shape nails that was not square shape. Nail technician could not even get my nails the same length or shape. My friend and I found this place while we were shopping at the mall. I was a bit hesitant coming in to this nail salon due to low rating on yelp. My friend persuaded me to give it a try and it was beyond my expectation. Kim, who was my nail technician, did a fabulous job. I asked her to do acrylic nails and wax my eye brow. She did a really GOOD JOB with the design I wanted and was super nice. I will definitely come back before I go back home. Definitely worth more than 2 stars on Yelp. read more

They charge for EVERY LITTLE THING. I got my nails filled and it said $28 for a GELL FILL but I ended up paying $28 for a GEL FILL and another $15 for GEL NAIL POLISH? Doesn't make sense to me and seems like they were ripping me off. Another time, I brought my mom to do her nails and the man TOLD us that she was getting a fade and charged me for it when that's not even what she wanted. Didn't ask, didn't even let her pick her color yet but told her she was going to have it faded. They are usually very friendly but, they charge so much but they don't do a very good job most times. This place is pretty quick and usually they don't have too long of a line but like all nail places you get the typical nail techs that look at you, laugh, and then turn to their buddy to say something in their native language. Gotta love nail places, but I guess some people can't live without them. LOL. This place is pretty clean, their pedicures cost about $26.00 and they have a large selection of colors to choose from. They are located on the second floor of Windward Mall right next to Macy's. Le's Nail Salon used to take appointments over the phone but I called for an appointment and they told us that they don't take appointments and to just come in. Got a pedicure and a fill on a quiet Saturday morning no problems nail tech was polite and my nails were nice. 2 days later 1 nail felt like it was loose and 5 days later came off completely. I called the salon asked them if they would fix it they say sure come in. It is a 20 min drive so I get there and a different lady says I work independently so I will only look at your missing nail you gotta come back tomorrow and find whoever did them on Saturday and have her fix the others Um....come again????? You guys are 1 business a team you are okay to just turn customers away and say I won't help you cause I didn't do it the first place. But, there is another reason not to go here...They have a sign up on the wall that says if you don't receive an itemized invoice then your services received are free. So, a customer who was leaving asked her nail tech for an itemized receipt. The nail tech acted like she didn't know what she was talking about. So, then the customer talked to another person who worked there and they all acted like they didn't know what she was talking about. Either take down the sign or honor your signage. As I am sitting here getting my nails done in a very rushed day, I simply asked that one of the other three girls sitting on their phones obviously not caring if they had clients or not to do my nails at the same time. After grumbling several times when he asked her to do it, she finally yelled at me and said "He almos done I do you ova dere". NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in for a pedicure and got the most wonderful treatment from Lisa. She engages in conversation and takes her time to beautify your toes. She even massages your legs. My toes were a complete mess. All torn from picking and I still had my old polish on. but now they are shiny and silky looking, it's great. I told them and they redid my water, but the water was still cold. I set my massage timer to 30 minutes. My pedicure experience was short lived. She was done before my timer ended. Lucky thing that I walked in when I did because they were trying to get ahold of my husband since it was me, my MIL, and my 6 year old daughter wanted to get our nails done at the same time and call us when ready. Long story short, bit of a mix up, my husband spoke up, and the nail techs accommodated especially to my MIL who just had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and is in a wheel chair. If I can rate this place 0 star, I would. I developed a terrible toenail infection and big toe infection with abscess after having pedicure from this place. I ended up with painful toenail removal procedure and abscess drainage as a result of pedicure from the place. Apparently, they didn't sterilize or clean their equipments. If you want to lose your money and toe nails and loss of work day and few weeks in pain then feel free to go to this place. My big toe is still in pain while typing this review. Great service! My sister and I did a walk in and immediately got seated. We had our keikis so I was a bit curious about how they'd react. But they had a kids chair for my son to sit next to me while I was getting a pedi. And they had a mini DVD player to keep my son busy. My daughter just made one and she was a bit grouchy. The lady that was doing my pedi was patient with me, being that I had to keep my daughter entertained but instead she talked and entertained my daughter the entire time. She did an awesome job! She took her time and didn't rush like the other nail salons I've been to. Her massage was fantastic! I was able to relax even with my daughter on my lap. My daughter was curious about the water spa so the lady made the water high enough to where my daughter could sit on my lap and have her feet in the water as well. Will def be back again! read more

When I address that she missed doing things, she gives me attitude and tells me why didn't I tell her before she started I wanted it, but I've been there many times and I've had it always included. They were able to make my ugly toes look nice. I haven't been to many Nail Salons so I don't think you should look to this review for expert analysis. My goal is to share my experience. A group of 4 of us including a 4yr old arrived at 11am. We were able to be seen right away and were able to sit together. We sat down and they started to work on our feet. They did the usual pedicure routine, they cut my toes nails, scrubbed my feet, and cleaned around my cuticles. After more soaking the nail tech dried off my feet and applied the color I chose. I don't like to go to get pedicures because I feel sorry for the person who has to take care of my nasty feet. The guy did a great job and really tried his best. My toes went from looking nasty to looking clean and pink(my niece chose the color) and shiny. I don't know if I'd go there again but I had a good time and I was pretty satisfied with the result. If your looking for someplace to get your nails done in Windward Mall you can try them out. read more

This place is awful don't go here. I took a friend to get pedicures and when we walked in they were less than welcoming. No smile no hello just what do you want? After sitting in the chair my technician ( none of them wore name tags so I can give a name) , a man, sat down and looked at my feet in disgust. Like for real . I know my feet get cracked but seriously this is your JOB. Don't make me feel gross the point is to relax. And relax I did not. First he took off the gel polish I had on ( charged me $ 12.00 extra to do so ) and he did not even soak it off , he used the drill to just file it all off. He was rough with my cuticles literally pulling them out verses clipping. I have one toe that is always bad and he did not even touch it to see if he could help it. He proceed to give the most half ass massage I have ever had. Seriously it was pathetic. He did not speak to me the entire time , he spoke with his coworker beside him . After the "massage" ( if you can call it that)he sloppily painted my toes and had to remove a lot that was around my nails. They charged 5 dollars more for " callus remover" which on every other pedicure I have ever gotten it included to scrub the dead Skin off. I walked out of there spending too much money for a bad job not to mention a non-relaxing time. No quality in the work what so ever. I would NEVER go here again...... please save your money and go somewhere else. read more
