This has got to be the coolest hotel in the coolest city in the world!! The rooms are small (although I guess they are normal size for Paris) but ours had a big outdoor deck with pretty greenery, birds, and an outdoor shower. Everything in the hotel is stylishly put together. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plus - the food! The breakfasts are HUGE and delicious. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant twice because it's so good - especially the falafel and ravioli. One night we were exhausted from a really long day so we asked if we could eat our dinner quietly on our room's deck. The chef and staff were super awesome and made this happen, even though it was a Saturday night and the restaurant was super busy. We are coming back to stay at Les Bains in November, can't wait!

Sumptuous, hip and genteel, Les Bains is a gorgeous boutique hotel, discretely tucked away on a side street with almost no sign that it is there at all. The lobby is small and understated, but every detail has been beautifully designed and perfectly rendered. The bar/ restaurant drew me in with its undulating crimson ceiling, and even when busy it is quiet (at last, a quiet bar!!) because the walls have been made from sound absorbing panels. The cocktail bar area has a nice and sociable feel, and I found the staff helpful and friendly. I could hang out alone there for hours. My room was great too- big bed, lovely linens, and lots of well thought out space. The sofa in each room is a comfy replica of Warhol's couch. The light switches took a little getting used to- they are little levers you push down to turn on, push down again to turn off. Everything you expect from a room, but really nicely finished. They also have a nightclub in the basement (it has a small pool in it- a legacy of Les Bains Douche), but you can't hear it from the hotel at all. The acoustics of the club are extraordinarily good- it never feels deafening (again I think they worked out the acoustics really well). Access to Paris is very good- it's near 3 metro stops, is in the heart of all sorts of life with cafes all around, and is a 20 minute walk from Gare du Nord. I loved my stay.

I stayed at Les Bains from Saturday, July 14th though Monday July 16th during my stay in Paris. I must say my stay at this location added to making my visit to a different Country an even more fabulous experience. I made my reservations with ease via internet three months prior and when I had to shorten the reservation about three weeks prior to my arrival It still was an easy change of reservations. I found the staff to be professional, hospitable and courteous. Our concierge was very knowledgeable of Paris monuments, sightseeing attractions, events, appropriate modes of transportation to take to specific locations, times etc. I know you are saying that is a Concierge job. But she was EXCELLENT! I did not get lost or have doubts in anything she told us. I ordered room service for my husband and I breakfast. It was a delicious feast. The drinks at the bar was great. Front desk made sure your presence was known. Valet was great. Love my cute room. I loved the antique accessories the hotel displays. Love the different mint green color scheme. I can't say there was anything I did not LOVE about this Hotel. We did not get to visit the club area.

Had drinks at the bar and been to the club but that was the first time at the restaurant and I really liked it. Really nice waiter and a great welcoming. The dishes are original and diverse. Good for gluten free, lactose free (special marks) and vegetarians! I recommend the lavender drink I have with champagne and gin that was really light and original

The rooms, looking, beds, linens, carpets and lobby all superb. Make this your next stay in Paris!

Although I had a rear side room, so no view of the street, I was very happy with it. The windows were able to open to the other building however you could have coffee by the window and the room was incredibly private. The blackout curtains were a game changer too! I slept peacefully each night and although the rooms aren't large, they use every inch of the space and was very well planned out. The breakfast was actually one of my favorite parts about being here. You are able to have breakfast in your room or downstairs in the breakfast room. The breakfast rooms decor was lovely and I looked forward to my breakfast every morning! Highly recommend, the staff is lovely and the hotel is clean and my favorite small hotel I have stayed at thus far in Paris. The location is awesome, there are many places to eat and shop (must go vintage shopping while in the area as well).

We had a double room with a small balcony that faced the street. It was perfect in every way. The employees were so kind and helpful and spoke beautiful English to our sad French (but we tried!). We did 4 days in Paris and 4 days in the Loire Valley, returning to Paris for our last night. After staying here during the first part of our trip, I cancelled our 2nd Paris hotel and rebooked this one for our last night. It was that perfect. We can't wait to return and without question we will stay here again. Many thanks to the staff at Hotel Caron de Beaumarchais for making our stay so lovely.

After a lot of researching and back and forth I selected Hotel Diana for my 4 night stay in Paris…read more I booked directly through their website which was super easy. I selected the queen size bed room - my close friend selected the full size bed room. We arrived in the early evening and check in was quick. Fortunately the lift /elevator was working as we had a lot of luggage it all fit as well as myself . The room was small and basic, which I expected being in downtown Paris. The bathroom was simple with a bathtub shower combo. The bed was comfortable and there was a working a/c however it didn't really get the room super cold but kept it comfortable for summer. Fortunately the heat wave was over by the time we arrived. Tne bathroom did get very warm if you were styling your hair or doing your makeup. I would suggest bringing a small portable fan with you if coming in tne summer . The location is the selling point of this hotel. Walking distance to so many cute restaurants and cafes. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and the Sienne River. Felt perfectly safe walking around day or night even solo. Usually there were young men working the front desk. They were always polite however I wish they were able to provide a little more suggestions where to go or how to get around for a first time visitor. Great budget hotel in the 5th.

The room that we had was relatively spacious, with a double bed and some room to move around. The mattress was very comfortable and linens were perfectly clean (no gross bed covering that you typically find in hotels). There was also a relatively spacious bathroom with a nice bath tub (a good find in Paris). The room had quiet, perfectly-working AC and the Wifi was free. There was also a safe in the room. We were basically on a roll. The room also had double windows, which eliminated the noise from the adjacent street (this was amazing). The location is also quite nice. It's in the Latin quarter, walking distance from Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Sorbonne. Metro access is easy as well, in fact it is on a direct RER B line from CDG airport (station St.Michele) Plus, I haven't even gotten to the best part, which was the breakfast. It was 8 euros, and there was a plentiful selection of breads, jams, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, and cereals. All was super tasty. Plus the coffee and hot chocolate were delicious, brought out in small cute pitchers so you could have a nice servicing. We went all around France during our trip and I still remember the drinks there. Yummy. Overall, the price was right, the location was good, and the rooms were great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Heated mirror in the restroom and the HVAC was good. Comfortable bed. Service was friendly - excellent welcome by Floridita (I may have her name wrong) but she gave us a tour of the important areas of the hotel when we arrived and consistently greeted us every day when she saw us. Maid service and turn down services were also friendly as were the bellmen. Only negatives: our room faced the direction of the Louvre and on Friday night there were street performers singing until close to 1am. Wasn't a problem on the other nights. Also, Brasserie du Louvre, the fancy restaurant in the hotel, was a disappointment. Overall though we would stay there again next trip.

Our bedroom was spacious, the bed nice and perfectly made, the bathroom was also beautifully decorated, and comfortable with good products. We stayed a week, the room rates are steep, but for the lovely rooms, amenities and location it receives 3 full marks, the 4th star was the service team at L'officine that single-handedly made me reconsider and ultimately saved them from a lower " grade ". We had an unfortunate incident with the concierge service, whose staff member was not interested in giving us specific instructions. They were dismissive of my husband (who doesn't speak French) when he asked for directions to the bank for foreign exchange. I had to return to the hotel and speak to her directly in French to get results. We were, for the most part, impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff at their bar, as I mentioned above they were the reason I found all their front of the house redeeming qualities I'm not sure if I will stay here or try a different hotel- jury is out. For certain, I'll go back to their lovely bar.
