The kebabs were flavorful and had an amazing sauce that comes with it, the beef ribs are huge (see picture) and the grilled espetada was good (except the burned/charred/blackened parts which we didn't eat). For sides, had the coleslaw, some fries and of course : poutine (it was great but the gravy was very salty and didn't have enough cheese). They have vegetarian options as well if you have friends that don't eat meat & their meats are halal-friendly. The place is clean and they have several TV so it's perfect to watch the FIFA World Cup (we were watching France vs England). Overall, a great place to hang out.

I guess my rating paints a good picture. In all honesty, the chicken was decent, as was the portion size -- but it really lacked flavour and was a little dry in some parts (like the breast). I did ask them to add more sauce but the chicken arrived completely plain. They also forgot to provide utensils and napkins, so yes, I ate with my hands. The grilled vegetables on the side were cooked well but the main taste I got was "oily", and they were begging for salt. Overall, this tasted like chicken I could've cooked myself, so I guess if you're looking for that quick weekday night BBQ flavour, you'd enjoy this spot. Maybe I didn't get "the right" thing, but it doesn't come anywhere close to the best chicken I've had! (P.S. the "extra hot" sauce was quite mild, at least for someone who loves spice)

The food was delicious at the beginning; I'm talking about the 2 years. Hot, moist chicken, seasoned fries, fresh salad and delicious rice. It seems that this is no longer the case... The last three times I ordered from here, everything arrived at room temperature. Chicken was decent but the fires and rice were not freshly cooked at all. It disappointed me because I just loved knowing that every time we ordered from here it would be fresh and ready to serve. I had to nuke the rice and chicken in the microwave to have it at least hot. I'll take a break from here for now and I'll decide later if I should give it another chance.

Because of the overall 3 1/2 rating, I hesitated eating here, but there was nothing else we could agree on eating, and it was getting really late, but I'm glad I ate here: Full rack ribs - 5 stars - for only around $20, the ribs were tender and fell off the bone. It is made to order on a fire grill, and came with deliciously seasoned rice and salad. Half a chicken - 4 stars - for $9, hubby said we should have gotten the whole chicken for only $6 more because he loved the roasted flavor mixed with their piri piri sauce, which i can't describe, but a half chicken with the other dishes we ordered were enough. Ultime poutine - 4 stars - for $12, we got a large dish of fries, potato, meat cheese curds mixed in a wine flavored sauce that tasted unique. Flan - 3 1/2 star - for $3, the flan tasted sweet and was enough for 2 since we had a filling dinner. Service - 3 1/2 stars - the menu board was in french so we had a hard time ordering, but the man at the counter spoke English. He could have at least told us there was an English take out menu so we could see the different items easier. The female cashier was courteous.
