First off, I'd like to say Brooks at Stellatus Studios was always very quick in communicating and…read moregetting back to me with any and all questions related to the design and build up of my website. He not only sent an email, but also texted me to alert me of completion of certain details on my website. The process of working with Stellatus Studios was VERY easy. I have no background in website development but Brooks spoke to me in a way that did not feel or sound foreign to me. He also provided mockups of what he was building so I could easily click a link to see the "rough draft" of my website. Stellatus Studios also helped in the "creative" aspect of my website. Brooks not only had a good feel for what I wanted, but also has a good marketing vision. He suggested certain types of pictures and layouts that not only made the website look better, but helped as far as marketing/specificity in my career path. Certain forms and alternate methods of contact were also suggested that made my website even more professional. The transition from mock layout to implementing onto my actual domain and website was effortless with zero problems or difficulties. I was also offered extra features such as analytics and further maintenance/updating through Stallatus Studios for the future. Overall I would have to rate Stellatus Studios very high. I would highly recommend a friend to hire Sellatus to design and build their web page. The ease of communication, awesome creative vision, extra input/suggestions, and quick turn around make them a 5 star business.

I ask some additional questions to make sure that I understood their process. I was then told that if it is too much for me, I can find someone else to do my shirts. Ron was very helpful from the beginning, answering every question quickly and professionally. Communication was great throughout my consideration of his services. He operates out of a Crown Plaza off of I-59, between Kirby and Buffalo Speedway. Don't be fooled by the quantity of reviews, Ron was extremely helpful, the equipment worked great, easy to set up, fast pick up and drop off. And best of all, it was the lowest price I could find in town. I highly recommend anyone to Sound & Vision Productions.

We booked the studio for my daughter's first birthday pictures. Less than an hr before our booking…read moretime (11:30) on a Saturday, we received a call that my reservation would have to be cancelled due to some water leaking into the building from the rain the night before. I was devastated of course. What's worst is the way the situation was handled by Douglas. Although he was not rude, he did nearly nothing to help us. I feel in that type of situation, you would go out of your way to help find another studio. Instead, he sent the photographer a list of 10 studios. (Mind you, I can pull up a list on Yelp just as easily.) My poor husband and brother dealt with my panic but luckily another studio (not on Douglas' list) came through. To top it all off, I was told via text that our deposit would be returned by end of business day on 9/9. It is 10/1 and we are just now receiving our deposit back. While the studio looks nice and the booking process was simple, I guess be cautious if Houston is going to be having any type of rain or inclement weather. Have a backup plan with this studio especially if you have a special event/time you are trying to capture. The customer service was subpar.
