I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Beaumont, CA. We asked…read moreassociate Mateo, and another coworker where to find packing tape. Instead of helping us, they were standing around chatting with each other. Mateo told us the packing tape was all the way on the back wall of the store. We walked all the way back there only to find out the packing tape was actually in the stationery department, just a few aisles from where we had originally asked. It felt like we were intentionally misdirected because he didn't want to take the time to help. That's not the level of customer service shoppers should expect. Management should address this behavior. Associates should be helping customers find products accurately instead of sending them across the store for no reason. This experience wasted our time and left a very negative impression.

I remember when this Walmart first opened 20 years ago. I was so excited because it meant we…read morefinally didn't have to drive out of town to shop. Back then, the store was clean, well-stocked, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, those days are long gone. I've been to hundreds of Walmart stores across the country, and while every location has its strengths and weaknesses, this Beaumont store consistently falls short. One of the biggest problems is how unfriendly it is for elderly and disabled customers. There is no seating near the front of the store for people who need to rest, and shopping can be exhausting if you have mobility issues. The store only has two electric shopping carts for such a large location. The excuse that homeless people keep stealing them isn't acceptable. If that's truly the problem, Walmart should invest in a system that prevents the carts from leaving the property instead of leaving customers without the equipment they need. The store also seems to carry a more limited selection of products than many other Walmart locations. On top of that, the aisles are often messy and disorganized, making it harder to find what you're looking for. When you do need help, it's often difficult to find an employee, and the staff that are available rarely seem interested in assisting customers. Checking out is another frustrating experience. The lines are frequently long, and the self-checkout system often has trouble reading my debit card, turning what should be a quick trip into an unnecessarily frustrating one. It's disappointing to see how far this store has declined over the years. I remember when it was a place the community was proud of. I hope management starts paying attention to accessibility, customer service, organization, and the overall shopping experience because this location has the potential to be much better.

A++ Highly Recommended!…read more I had an outstanding experience with Corona Print Shop, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Lisanne was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with what started as a relatively small print order, treating it with the same care and professionalism as if it were a major project. The finished product was beautiful, high-quality, and exceeded my expectations. A few days later, I realized I had forgotten to include several other people who had been added to my meeting. I contacted Lisanne and asked if there was any way she could accommodate a last-minute rush request. Without hesitation, she understood the situation, expedited the order, and once again delivered a beautiful finished product right on time. That level of customer service is rare today. Professional, responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping their customers succeed. From now on, Corona Print Shop will be my first choice for all of my printing needs and special events--whether the project is large or small. Thank you, Lisanne, and thank you, Corona Print Shop, for your exceptional service. I look forward to working with Corona Print Shop on many future projects. Thank you again for the outstanding service! Hugo
