However the wait is 1.5 hour before they can serve us. I call around all reputable tire place got the same results. So I call the local own tire place, they are available immediately. The pug only takes 15 minutes to complete. Finally it was fixed and very affordable. The car indicated finally said the pressure no longer leak.

So l drove around still leaking thinking I had another leak when the whole time they put the tires with the plug and slow leak in the back. Had to come back a second day and wait about two hours to get it corrected for a tire rotation. Doesn't that sound crazy !Guess what late two days in a row as a manager of a nation wide remodeling company and they cost me my time ! Clearly a staffing and care issue and hold your staff accountable. Worst part: my rims came back gouged around the lug holes and on the spokes, exactly where their tire machine and impact tools touch the wheel. Went in undamaged, came back damaged. Also my lug nut wheel lock, they said it was stripped and broked it. Didn't offer to replace it for free and how was it difficult when your guy was easily able to remove it the other day and my wheel guy was able to move it easily two weeks ago. YOUR GUY CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND BROKED IT AND DAMAGED MY WHEELS. I literally painted my wheels after a car wash company put acid on my wheels and now two weeks later I come to a shop that has great reviews I thought I was in the right place and now have damaged rims, no wheel locks and it's very upsetting as I did not bring my car in like this. I trusted in this shop. Also I am a car guy, I have pictures from the previous day showing my rims in normal condition as know they will try to claim it is not their fault. It's my fault, I had a bad feeling from the start especially when I was trying to talk and I kept getting brushed off. I sent them a text and they did offer to fix it. However, I don't trust their staff to do the repair. I saw the shop firsthand, and they don't have the proper tools or materials for the job and these wheels are custom painted on top of that. When I originally came in to replace a tire that was losing air, their staff purposely relocated that tire and damaged my rims in the process. If they were willing to do that, I have no confidence in letting them repair my wheels , and I am sure it was for me to come in and for them to not take blame. My rims are custom painted you would have to strip everything down , fill the dents you made and more, not some cheap filler fix that I know they would do. I did sent them an invoice, will they honor it probably not ‍ Also ownership didn't take fault of their mechanics messing up, didn't apologize and didn't even care to follow up. I will never come here and I have two other luxury cars that I will never ever step foot in this establishment neither. I'm now exploring my options to recover the repair costs. Photos attached. I tried putting it off but soon the tire pressure light kept coming on frequently and I didn't have the time to stop to put air in the problematic tires - every time. I got a quote for the tire service from my go-to mechanic and the price didn't sit well with me. One day after work, I stopped at this Tire Plus location to put air in the tires once again. While there I was told by one of the service advisors that there was a buy 3, get 1 free deal on their tires. The total cost was $500 less than what my mechanic charged, plus I had a lifetime warranty on the alignment...I was sold and made an appointment. Surprisingly the service took about an hour and there was a different feel while driving on the road. The guys at Tire Plus was courteous and knowledgeable and the price for the service was reasonable. I may return to change the windshield wiper and get an oil change.

They were thorough, informative, and educational. And I felt really taken care of which, usually at mechanic places you feel taken advantage of. On top of that which you wouldn't think is such a great thing in a place where men are getting greasy and dirty, they were also well dressed and put together, and you could see that they all had great style and their attitudes and personalities and demeanor were amazing. I gave one star as I could not give zero…read more Here is the story. I needed oil change. One of my tires was leaking air. So I went to that place, just because it was the closest and I could use my scooter to get back home. So I asked them to change oil, to fix my tire, to rotate my tire. They said tire rotation is included to oil change (great!), they charged me for fixing tire, and they said they would fill up my liquids (like windshield wash) for free. The price was very reasonable for just oil change, so my thought was just "wow, great" Well, a few hours later I got my car back, happily drove home. On the way home I found that my tire got flat again, and it is the same tire, at the same place as it was before. So they did not fix the tire, they did not rotate tires. I pumped the tire, drove back to the shop, spoke with the manager, his reply: "the guy who takes care of it speaks only creol, there was no one to translate".... Well is it my problem that your personal is not trained (mind you, tire rotation is standard in your oil change service) Ok, I waited another hour, they fixed the tire. They rotated the tires (I had marks on my tires, I know if they were rotated, shame on me I did not check it at the first time). I checked tire pressure, that fixed tire had 48 psi vs nominal 36 psi as in all other tires. And 2 weeks later my "check engine" light turned on. I wonder if they changed oil at all?
