At the cash register, it rang up fullprice, so I asked and she wouldn't price check the sign. Also I had attempted to purchase 2 small treats which she rang up more than twice the price on the sign -- I actually think she might have rang up the bigger ones. I questioned that and she insisted that they were the large ones (15"-18") when the ones she was ringing up for me were the small ones (4"-5"). The other cashier suggested that she should check the price and she shrugged and insi that she didnt need to because she was right,. Beware --they will over charge and treat you (the customer) like crap. She said a few snarky remarks and I told her that we will never be back. All I asked was to pay the price on their price tag -- why shouldnt they ring the items up that way, or at least check themselves?

Compared to the competitor Chewy's prices, this store's prices were similar to higher. I purchased several flavors of cat foods. At the checkout counter, the cashier performed their job well. Furthermore, on this particular day, a local animal shelter was holding a dog-adoption event. We did not see any dogs to adopt, but we appreciated the event.

If you've ever owned a Great Pyrenees, you know grooming them is less of a haircut and more of a…read morefull-blown blizzard management operation. So when I took my giant, fluffy cloud to the groomers at Pet Supplies Plus, I expected chaos, flying fur, and at least mild emotional trauma (for both the dog and the groomer). Instead, I witnessed what I can only describe as professional wizardry. The groomer handled my Great Pyrenees like a total pro--calm, patient, and somehow completely unfazed by a dog that sheds enough to knit three sweaters and a throw blanket. Not only did they manage the mountain of fluff, but my dog came out looking like a majestic polar bear supermodel. Clean, brushed out, happy, and still convinced they were the one in charge the whole time. Huge shoutout to the grooming team for their patience, skill, and bravery. Anyone who can groom a Great Pyrenees without disappearing under an avalanche of fur deserves a medal... or at least a lint roller sponsorship. 10/10 -- would absolutely bring my walking snowstorm back again.
