They said that if it is not mentioned on the phone when you order then it cannot be honoured, even if you pay on collection. They didn't acknowledge that they didn't mention this to me on the phone. Considering their proximity to the hospital it would be nice if they were more forthcoming with their discount or at least more flexible. All it took was for them to reprint a receipt !!

We had it with vegan cheese and also got vegan cheesy garlic bread. Lovely little takeaway shop, and even better pizza. Definitely going to return (maybe tonight...)! Update: Yep, we got delivery the next night. This time we got the Ozzy and the Pammy- the Pammy was delicious- ham and pineapple with sour cream. I love this place and only wish London had something this good. We have Basilico but it's definitely not as good as Pizza Face.

I am not a pizza aficianado, but my children reckon this is the best pizza around. The kitchens are open plan so you can see your food being made up. The shop is mainly tiled in white so it looks clean and fresh. Previously this was a video shop so the kitchen must be all new. They also do home delivery. The prices are especially good. Recently they did a buy one get one free deal on the pizzas, so at less than £4 for an average sized pizza it was hard to see how they could make any money. Certainly I choose Venice Pizza before any of the large chain organizations that offer a similiar service. Parking on the forecourt or in Battle Crescent.

How I missed the Cheesus Pizza. Such a good restaurant, if…read moreyou are vegan, it can be called "The Green Paradise". Pizzas are tasty, everybody is nice, very welcoming with you. They are ready to speak about each ingredients if you don't know them, they even answered to questions about a specific product, and how lovely this is. Even if you love meat, just try this magical place to understand how it could taste when we won't have anymore meat on earth, it'll educate you about that. There is a slightly negative point, about prices. It's very hard to take a starter for more than £5 when you know that you'll spend £16 for a pizza and £4 for a coke. Even if it's delicious, maybe it could reviewed. Plus, you are susceptible to pay a percentage depends of the service (it's written on the menu so not a big deal). Anyway, thanks to Purezza to grow like a wonderful plant, and to open in a lot of different places.

The food at Purezza is very very good. At the two locations I've visited (Manchester and Brighton),…read morethe flavours and ingredients were superb. At Brighton specifically, I had the pesto pizza (with added pepperoni) and the caesar salad. My partner and I split both, which was a good amount of food for two people. Both of us we were very satisfied. One detractor for Brighton, at least on the night we went, was that a huge portion of the menu was unavailable. The server basically had to go down a laundry list of menu items that they couldn't serve, which even included most alcoholic drinks. While I'm glad we warned up front, and we still enjoyed what we had, it was disappointing and seemed a little strange. Also, I will say that between the two, the Brighton location's space was a little lacklustre. Still, I would recommend Purezza as a solid pizza option and worth checking out.

Instead he said we should have called ahead to warn him about the order! Apparently ordering in advance and paying in full is not a firm enough confirmation of your intentions!
