Speaking of sweets... There is literally everything here you might want. I'm not going to list them all, suffice it to say if you want it, they probably have it. This is, however, the biggest sticking point for Fizziwiggs... it isn't very original. Brighton, and the Lanes in particular, are full of lovely little shops selling unique, home-made sweets, from cupcakes to chocolates. A simple sweet-shop just isn't enough. Maybe I'm a little spoiled with all this choice, but I would rarely go here over the cupcake place around the corner, or the chocolatiers in the Arcade. It just isn't special enough, and for Brighton, that may as well be a death knell. If you're looking for basic sweets, including some old favourites, you couldn't do worse than Fizziwiggs: it offers exactly what's on the tin. However, with no original products of their own, Fizziwiggs is perilously close to be just another corner shop that specialises in sweets. The North Street branch is small and is always packed with other salivating Greggs Tourettes sufferers, so the 5 minutes queuing is usually spent mentally justifying the necessity of the impending purchase and dribbling over the cakes and sweets on the way to the prize. Greggs is great because it's cheap (70-odd p for a sausage roll and £2.60 for a baguette), and it's tasty and that's enough justification for me.

This is one of those awesome Ice Cream Parlours that lets you try any and every flavour you want to before committing to one (or two, or a few)! After sampling a couple of the sorbet flavours, I opted for peach sorbet scoop along with an incredibly indulgent scoop of the dark chocolate, with strawberries on top. I expected it to come in a little bowl (seeing as I ordered a "2 scoop" bowl for £3.79 + 49p for fresh strawberries) and was pretty blown away when I was greeted by magnificent lookin' thing!
