Then I asked them if they had a toilet and was told loudly in front of a packed cafe that 'Toilet is for customer only!' We were obviously planning to buy something which is why we had enquired about the cakes already but after her rude outburst we just decided to go elsewhere where the staff understand the concept of manners. Place looked shabby anyway and i could see alot of half eaten cakes left on uncleared plates so I think we had a lucky escape in hindsight. We went over the road instead , will not be recomending Cloud 9 to anyone I know!
