Cheap, generous portions (£2 chips and cheese) - the staff is extremely friendly, the cooking facilities are very clean and you can see all your food being prepared. Even the salad is fresh and clean. Highlights include the chips, cheese, and chicken (£4, and you get a ton of grilled chicken and chips and cheese and salad). The hot sauce is quite spicy, but the real highlight is the garlic mayo - it's incredible. The kebabs are great, the chips are well-fried, and all of the food tastes fresh, and, crucially, is cooked really well. Definitely a step above the other street food in Oxford.

We called the restaurant straight away and they offered us a refund as long as we had the food to return - which we did. When the man came to pick it up, he was aggressive, confrontational and rude towards me (I'm a petite female, if it makes any difference, but I felt very physically threatened). He told me no refund ("it doesn't matter, they'll trust us, not you") and took the food away. I feel not only physically shaken up but now £12 down with no takeaway.
