Finally diagnosed on Thursday, after no service for 5 days. At&t provided a replacement of new Gateway system at no charge to me. A 4 hours work by the technician, Taylor. I was cut off from the world with the loss of the system, a grueling experience, relying solely on my apple iPhone. I proceeded to notify Bob's by phone, he was dismissive, only offering an apology, no compensation for me. Therefore, he now receives a negative experience and would never recommend. He then called the city for us and explained to them what the issue was and arranged for them to come out.
