Best Plumber on the planet…read more Robert did my entire house basement to roof; he was fair; reasonable attentive and pleasant to be around for a VERY LONG build-on site for almost a year. He then plumbed my garage build a few years later. I have referred Robert literally HUNDREDS of times... I am a real estate broker in NY and CT. He is reliable; honest, and a great plumber. I know I can trust Robert with all of my most important clients. Many times he has driven long distances and late in the day to help people in need. I trust Robert completely. He is a great guy and great plumber.

Robert was hired to do the plumbing in a bathroom renovation. He talked a good game when he came…read morein to look at the job boasting to be a professional. But he DID NOT follow the directions of the contractor. He was told to cap the pipes NOT attach values until after the walls and tile were up. He did not say he doesn't do it that way and proceed to do what he wanted, which was ever for him. He kept insisting after that it was fine, that having bigger holes than necessary doesn't matter. He also raised my showerhead and did not do it straight and he used a threaded pipe elsewhere where he should have used a solid one. He would not fix any of these things and did not return my calls. He also lied in court and said he never had directions and because he wrote a vague undetailed receipt,I couldn't do anything about it. I had in the meantime paid a reputable plumber to come in and completely redo what he did.

Very quick to respond and follow up. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.read more

Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.
