He goes over the photo scans and explains what he looks for and it puts me so at ease knowing that he is paying attention and looking for those details. After my appointment, it took almost 8 full weeks to receive my glasses, and I only ever got an update if I incessantly called. I was told over and over once I finally got my glasses how they would "take care of me". First it was a free pair of sunglasses already being worked on, then it became "the next time you come in" (you know, because we all go to the optometrist fourteen times a year). I'd finally decided they just weren't for me and called to get my prescription. Stephanie told me on the phone she could email it over. Guess what, she still didn't 24 hours later. Absolute worst experience ever and I will not be returning, even for the "free pair" of sunglasses I probably wouldn't ever see.

The place…read moreI used to go to (Normandy Optical) has really gone downhill the past few visits, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found this through the insurance that I currently have and would receive a free exam through them. They do sell frames here, but I'm going to get them somewhere else for a few different reasons. I called ahead to make sure they would work with my current insurance and they were able to find me in the system. I booked an appointment and was able to be seen within a few days of my phone call. Anyway, I walked in and the staff at the desk here was super friendly and helpful. I informed them of what I was there for and they checked me in and answered all my questions. Ok, so here's where I docked a star. If your running a doctors office, and you accept insurance, please don't ask me what I have covered "in my plan." I know there's lots of different insurance companies with different forms of coverage, but it's vision, and usually the coverage's fairly standard across the board regardless of who's paying (the insurance company, not the person.) I spent the time to educate myself on what I get through this specific coverage, so I knew what I was walking into. Free eye exam, 20% discount on progressive bifocals, etc. Even though I absolutely love the staff here, nobody seemed to know about coverage. Fortunately, I did. So, even though I had considered purchasing frames and the lenses from this specific location, it wasn't financially feasible for me at this time. The doctor here is fabulous, very professional and efficient. I was in and out in no time and have a prescription to get new glasses so I can see again. I would come back here in a heartbeat as this office is well run, efficient and the staff here is really one of a kind. Dr. Weingarden really knows his stuff and wasted no time and did a fabulous job. I can't brag enough about how wonderful and helpful the staff is, and I will gladly return in the future. The optometrist are both great and kind. They both explain what's going on very well. The staff that helps you check out seem very busy and I think they might need one more person. When I called there I was told that they have some delays due to weather!!!?? I asked when should we expect the glasses, she said she did not know, that it might take " a while" She said it was no tracking number and she had no phone number for the lab!!!?? Oh, and bonus: Dr. Dixon has a high-tech camera that takes photos of your eyes so you don't have to get your eyes dilated for a small extra fee. That alone is worth the appointment!

I wasn't too excited about going into the mall for just one stop at first, but it ended up being pretty easy. As long as you go in through the right entrance, you don't have to walk the whole mall, although we love the huge size and selection at Great Lakes! We used the map right by the door and found GameStop quickly. The mall felt welcoming and had a lot going on, so it's definitely a place you could spend more time if you wanted to. Even though we didn't need help from mall staff, we were greeted by a few people as we walked through, which was nice. It turned out to be a smooth and easy visit overall.

My favorite stores to shop here were: Just Cozy, TJ Maxx, Burlington, and The Nike Store. All of these stores had items that I needed and all of them had a large variety to choose from. Many of these stores also had great sales and specials. They had a Winter Wonderland setup and Santa Claus was there for photos. I also appreciated that they had Christmas Carolers from a local church group singing live here. The food court was not good. We had a family member get sick from the Japanese food place, so please be careful. The variety in the food court is also a range of different options, which was good. This indoor mall is now my fave here.

Each call has been recorded & I'd like an attorney to contact me.... My information has been used for illegal gains & 20/20 vision clearly knew about it! Listen to the recordings.... Also, they know the guy, because in the recordings , they all about new about him and even alluded to get me to say his name by asking and inviting the first syllable first letter of his name . The same guy they fired . So the new all about it ! God only knows how much more they've been using from my information to pad their accounts .
