We were assisted by Nolberto who took his time guiding us through the shopping and billing process. There are lots of frame styles to choose from here for adults as well as kids. Reasonable prices, very accommodating management, but some of the staff could be a little more professional and friendly. I prefer to compliment for a job well done, than leave negative feedback, but, that being said, there is an older man (thinning dark hair, olive skin around late 50's to early 60's) that almost made me not go back to this location. He literally raised his voice, told me I was wrong because they tinted them way too light that they appeared as having almost no tint. They were twice as light as the lightest pair I'm wearing in the pictures. I get light blue colored lenses for daily wear, as I have had them do this before; he told me there was nothing wrong with them and he didn't know what I expected and that I was wrong, unreasonable and the lenses were fine! He said it loud enough that people turned and looked! That was enough to make me feel the necessity to speak with the manager. I informed her the way I'd been spoken to (along with his admonishing over my not being pleased getting what I didn't ask for, along with him getting up from the table and swatting his hand backwards and walked away, in the middle of the transaction!) She apologized profusely and assured me it wouldn't happen again. Haven't seen him there the last two times I've been there (thankfully). Anyway, the manager was great and overall, the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and professional. Sometimes they get busy to the point there is a long waiting period for service, which I think adding a couple of employees would be beneficial. Another thing that's great is they take my insurance! So to anyone that has Humana insurance, they accept it!!! A definite plus. All in all I give them 4 stars and the only reason I took one away was due to the interaction with that really rude employee. Definite plus's are they will let you use frames that aren't theirs, they have different tinted lenses to choose from and you can get them as light or dark as you like. Their frames are also reasonably priced. I've booked my next appointment and ready for a new color lens. This is the only place I've found that will tint lenses in all different colors. Employees are nice, doctor is nice, glasses were ready within the time they said they would be. We found some decent frames and happy with the prescription. The only thing that left us feeling a little off was the waiting area chairs. We also noticed a weird smell to them. There's some funky looking stains on them. I don't even wanna know! Lol They're not expensive chairs so I'm confused why they don't just toss that crap in the dumpster and replace them. Come on guys! read more

I was frustrated and skeptical that I could be helped as I have a very difficult prescription. The beauty of LensCrafters is that you can walk right in and start trying as many pairs of glasses as you want. After about ten minutes of me trying on glasses, a young associate (Kayla?) told me someone would be with me shortly. The timing was perfect because I had already narrowed down my search to two final contenders. I picked 'the one' with the associate's help and paid for my glasses that same day. I was told that my glasses wouldn't be ready for about 7 days, but the turnaround was actually only 3 days! And my prescription sunglasses couldn't have come at a more perfect time what with summer going on full throttle. I'm super happy with my new glasses and the quick turnaround time. Came into LensCrafters for an eye appointment that took a month and a half to book. Greeted by a very unfriendly front desk lady who wouldn't even make eye contact with me just asked what's my name and did I have an appointment. No greeting at all. After paperwork went and walked around through the lobby to view glasses. I grabbed a pair and looked at them and then put them back. A staff member ran over grabbed them off the shelf and admonished me for not putting it in the disinfected bucket There is no sign to do this. No one said anything to me about doing this as they watched me mender around looking at glasses. Thanks but no thanks. I have waited the amount of time they estimated initially for my sons glasses. I called the first time and they said they were expecting them that same day to wait for a call. I waited a week more, I called again and the staff acts offended that I am asking about the glasses. They tell me they were shipped to another store by mistake and that they actually don't know the whereabouts, instead of offering a faster solution or at the very least an apology, they act even more offended and say they will figure out a solution. I asked to be looped in on what thats going to be so that I can have an estimated time. The doctor side and the staff are really nice, very professional and attentive. I do recommend them. read more

A trial pair of contacts took 44 days and I wasn't called when they were found to advance the order. The person could not originally locate the specific prescription & was to call me then found but didn't do so. I called them after waiting a week to hear from them. The annual order placed, I had to wait another 5 weeks for the 12 months of contacts. When I picked them up I found that according to my insurance I had overpaid. They not only refused to refund difference but also claimed they didn't know what the coding for it meant. By researching the code I discovered it was a standard industry code. It took about a minute to determine so. What kind of assistant manager is this? In the future I will be paying more for an independent supplier rather than a big box store that focuses only on the bottom line. read more

I came here with my grand daughter 7/5/22 and when called back my grand daughter wanted to stay up front and play games on the phone. The nice representative said she can stay by her where she would be watched. My grand baby said she was so nice and she has a 5yr old daughter her age. I called to make an appointment and got one for an hour later. Having never been to one I didn't know what to expect. Parking was easy, walked in and was greeted. When I said I was there for an exam I was escorted to the sign in desk. Very VIP treatment. The front desk was pleasant, she made sure to tell me she had spoken with. :) I was taken for the exam right away n time. I wash I had gotten the name of the young guy that helped me. He funny, courteous, made sure I was comfortable through every step. He was a five star, totally! Dr Chen came into finish the exam. Again great guy, made sure I was aware of everything going on, that I knew why, and the results. I really liked him. I'll be bringing my family in to see him, too. After he put the dilating drops in he took me out and personally introduced me to the Apprentice Optician. He was nice. Seemed a little nervous. Do to my insurance I had a limited choice of glasses. I would have preferred a little space and time to myself, but he really was trying to help, and as I didn't express a desire for space I can't hold it against him. After I selected them I was whisked back to finish the check. Escorted right back to finish the prescription details and BOOM on my way out. Lol They have a LARGE, great selection of glasses, and al seemed to work well together answering questions. So far I'm completely satisfied. We'll see in 10 days when I go to pick my trifocals. Stopped by LensCrafters on 1513 W Craig Rd North Las Vegas The wait was too long. My sons first eye appointment and it couldn't have gone worse. Been going to LensCrafters for years so it was not the business but the staff itself. Very empathetic from the start. I arrived at least 15 minutes before any of there scheduled appointments yet my son was seen last. Don't expect a 5 year old to sit still after we've been waiting for nearly an hour. Then they tell me sorry he won't cooperate we will have to refer you to another Optometrist. That Optometrist is not taking new patients until October. They did not work with my son to help him get through the exam other than " buddy stay still." As it turned out however, the wait was immaterial as I would not go back based on the service from the staff. read more

I got my new prescription a week ago, the doctor was lovely. Unfortunately, the sales people just wanted to rush and wanted money. That's besides the point. I was told I would have my glasses in 5 days. It's the fifth day so I call to verify that they're there so I can get them after work, nope. The woman on the phone advised that they are still in "process" and haven't even shipped. Then went on to advise me it's 7-10 business days excluding the holidays... wish I would have known that. I needed glasses quick and I was told I was being accommodated for that so I bought LensCrafters frames. I should have gotten my prescription and went online like I normally do. I have my glasses in 5-7 days, not 7-10 like I was just told. Very frustrating after looking for over an hour for frames I liked within their small selection. I ordered glasses here as it was in same building as doctor, All they care about is $$$ Not once did anyone assist in helping me pick frames that fit my face. After waiting 2 weeks for glasses to arrive they were wrong and had to wait again another 12 days for new ones to arrive. After getting them in again no one assisted I was told wear them and get used to them. I knew they were to small but NOBODY cared! have been trying to get correct sized glasses for over 4 months now and have been told sorry your past 30 days but if i would like to purchase a new pair it would be full cost... Again all about money. Have called store to be told manager is off for 2 days and finally a week later he (Juan) calls to say his regional manager said past 30 days and cant assist. read more

The Oakleys I bought broke so I went in, they werent covered under any warranty of any kind which was disappointing but Anthony found the exact same frame and swapped my lenses into them all the while being friendly and figuring out how to get my Lenscrafters account to put the purchase on it so I didnt have to come out of pocket with the $250. She even remembered what I had called for initially. She answered all the questions I had asked and even went on to continue talking about the evolution of vision impairment. Went in to purchase a new pair of glasses, cash in hand ready to go. I provided my previous prescription completed by a military doctor, technician and supervisor did not accept it and said it looked fake and not normal and that I would need to fax/contact the base to ask for a new copy. First, why on Earth would I come to purchase a pair of glasses for myself with a "fake prescription." Second, why don't you offer to provide me a prescription? Or is it because it's 4:40pm and you close in twenty minutes? I felt rushed and treated poorly, I'll be going somewhere else to complete current and future purchases. read more
