I was pleasantly surprised by how nice their facility is and how friendly the staff were. They had sent me new patient paperwork ahead of time so I could fill it out prior to my appointment. This made checking in very easy and I was seen right on time for my appointment. Everyone was very friendly, including the reception staff, the technician, and Dr. Anderson. I only gave 4 stars because they didn't tell me to bring my glasses/boxes from my contacts with to my appointment. They gave me a copy of my prescription so that I could order from a website with a rebate for the contacts but it didn't have enough information so I had to go back the next day with the contact lens boxes so they could input the info. They were very nice about it and didn't pressure me to order through them, but I thought it was a little odd that they needed my boxes in order to determine my prescription. Overall I was happy with my visit and will return!

I have had the pleasure of working with each of them and I have to say I am very impressed. They take the time to really understand your concerns and make sure they go above and beyond to give you the highest quality of care. Others have mentioned the prices, but the prices are very reasonable given the care and expertise given. I would rather pay more than Walmart prices and get real medical treatment for a good price than save a little and get subpar treatment. You only get one set of eyes, and I am glad mine are in such good hands!

He scoffed and said "Its not like Im gonna treat you better because of your insurance" and something along the lines of "you can go ask them upfront". He came off rude for asking a genuine question. I learned that I have a minor astigmatism, and he was really helpful in explaining what that means and how it could affect my vision. When I arrived (this was on Saturday, November 1), I asked the woman at the front desk if could get my glasses on the same day. She told me no, that only one company in the area did that. I decided to do business with them anyway and asked how long it would be until my glasses arrived. She said approximately 5 days. When I finished my exam and picked out my frame, I paid in full. I then asked again how long it would be before my glasses would arrive. She said it would be approximately 5 days. On Friday, November 7, I called and asked if my glasses had arrived and I reminded her that she told me it would only take 5 days. She said "Well, they went out on Monday, so should be Wednesday next week (Nov. 12). I called today (Nov 13) and the glasses are still not in. That makes it 12 days, not 5, and my glasses are still not here. I will come back here and give everyone an update on exactly how many days it took for my glasses to arrive. In the meantime, I have decided that I will NEVER purchase from this company again.
