If I could leave 0 stars I would. Firstly feels like you wait forever to be seen and when you do…read morethey take you back to a room and have a virtual optometrist. Secondly you pay out the nose for glasses they run a deal for 2 for 79 and the total in no way shape or form comes close to that. Even if you pick 200 dollars frames the total will be close to a grand. My boyfriend wanted to try contacts so they sent him home with the wrong prescription and they completely irritated his eyes. Went somewhere else and they explained they did it incorrectly. Which is ridiculous. Then they give you a quote of when the glasses will be ready and the glasses don't come for almost two months. Lastly once you get said glasses they break 4 times within a year the only good thing you got was the warranty for the year but once it's over it's another almost 500 dollars to get them replaced. Go literally anywhere else. Shitty quality and incompetent workers. Sad you pay so much for such awful products. There's a reason the reviews are awful.

I know it's a sign of the times so to say, but I'm not a fan of the "hybrid" eye appointment. The…read moredoctor isn't present, you're talking to a screen. It doesn't feel like an accurate prescription. I can indeed see the distance that I couldn't before but my vision is slanted. Everything looks tilted down towards me. I don't know if the frame needs adjusting or if it's the prescription. My husband and I were both getting exams and glasses. Out of 3 in house staff, only one offered to assist, the other 2 were off talking to each other. So instead of getting done in a timely manner I had to wait to be assisted until after my husband. On top of everything, the prices are insane. I receive Stanton optical emails and they show deals like free eye exam, 2 frame deals for $79. The one assisting us never showed us anything on the walls and there are no marked prices on the frames. No indication of sections within sales etc. My husband's bill for a single eye exam and 1 pair of glasses was over $400 and they couldn't make his same day so he's waiting 2 weeks for his. I also got a single pair and eye exam and my tab was just under $300. We will be trying a different eye practice next time we need new glasses.
