After leaving messages or…read moregetting zero call backs from several other dentists in the area, I was pleasantly surprised when someone actually just picked up the phone. They were able to get my kids in for appointments 2 months earlier than others in the area. For adults, they do a consult appt before scheduling your cleaning. Slightly more time consuming for you, but it gives you a complete oral hygiene plan before they start any work so it worked out well for us as we had a lot going on. And they helped us out with those referrals we needed too. Location is well-kept, they are amazing with kids, hygienists and dentists are wonderful, and they're right off the freeway, great for Milton residents. They'll be our dentists for a long time to come.

Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

I was devastated to lose that much of my tooth, but I couldn't believe the care I received and how well the repair was done THE DAY OF the injury. I left hardly being able to notice a difference in my tooth. Mind you, Dr. Muller agreed to see me at 3:15 that day after working all day prior. I am very grateful for the job done and the thoughtfulness of squeezing me in that day. I've been going to Dr. Mueller's office for nearly two years now and would highly recommend their care to anyone. It made my former dentist look like he was operating in the dark ages. It was determined that I needed some fillings to be replaced. Based on past experience, the injection of novocaine was always the most painful part of the process. I was quite pleased that Dr. Rowley was able to administer the shot completely painlessly. My filling process was 100% pain-free.
