It made my former dentist look like he was operating in the dark ages. It was determined that I needed some fillings to be replaced. Based on past experience, the injection of novocaine was always the most painful part of the process. I was quite pleased that Dr. Rowley was able to administer the shot completely painlessly. My filling process was 100% pain-free.

This place was bad news from the get go. So we have a date set to have the surgery done. We did arrive late because we had the wrong address. However, when we get there, they ask if he's eaten anything. He says yes. Of course he wasn't supposed to eat anything. When they called to remind him of his appointment date they NEVER told him not to eat anything. So, we had to re-schedule the appointment date. We originally scheduled it for January 25, 2013, but they called us back telling us they had a Saturday appointment for the 26th available. We decided to take it since we didn't have to take time off from work. Then the night of the 18th, they call and remind him of his appointment on the 19th and to make sure he hasn't eaten anything. Of course my fiance tells them that his appointment was made for the 26th not the 19th and this place refuses to admit that they made a mistake when making the appointment. Had they told him that it was the 19th he would have not taken it because we had a funeral to go to that day! Him and I even had a discussion while on the phone with the place asking me if the 26th was okay! There were two witnesses to verify that they DID tell us the 26th not the 19th and they refuse to admit that they are wrong and then proceed to tell my fiance that they can't help him any longer that he has to find another place! How this place is in business is beyond me! They have NO customer service what so ever! They don't tell him that he isn't supposed to eat the night before (and refuse to admit that they forgot to tell him that too!!) and we have to reschedule and then they give us the wrong date! Then have the nerve to say it's our fault and they can't help us! Please do NOT go this place!!! Thank god we didn't. They might have done some damage and then proceeded to say it wasn't their fault!

I had initially gone to a different oral surgery office that was on the referral list my dentist…read moregave me. That office did radiographs and made a recommendation for treatment. I had lost the crown on a front tooth, so I was motivated to move forward on this sooner rather than later. So, I scheduled the appointment to prepare that gap for an implant. The next available opening was a couple months out, but I eagerly took it. When I showed up for my appointment that day (mind you, we live 40 minutes away and I was taking time off work), I was told the office computer system was down and that I'd have to reschedule. The next available appointment was several months out! No apologies, no trying to get me in earlier. By the time I'd get in, it would have been almost a year since I lost the crown. So, I called my dentist for a new referral. the Center for Oral an Maxillofacial Surgery could get me in within a couple of weeks for the initial consult and another two weeks for the surgery. The staff was very friendly and professional. (The same could not be said for the original office I was referred to.) The procedure went as planned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Center to anyone needing oral surgery.

Alicia, the office manager, claims that she notified me of the " new figures " on the phone, and I agreed. A complete lie. A 4k increase from the estimate due to insurance being added? We asked for a bill, and they insisted that they were working on it....for months. Now, they are threatening to take us to collections over a 500 dollar balance . I really liked Dr Hassan, the dentist. Office staff is a complete rude and dishonest dumpster fire.
