I saw Dr Samuel on Tuesday due to having severe tooth pain. She referred me to an endodontist in Rockford. The endodontist she referred me to was great and I booked an appointment for Tuesday for a root canal. Unfortunately, I just found out on Friday after hours that they are not covered under my Medicare plan. If you have ever had severe tooth pain, you know how miserable it is! Don't expect the dentists at Machesney Park Family Dental to be sympathetic about your pain. She refused to call me in anything for pain. I've been in so much pain since last Monday and now I have to wait until this Monday to start all over again, trying to find an endodontist and somebody to help me out of this miserable pain.

Dr. Sulim is an expert in this field. He is a calm, quiet, gentle and very pleasant individual. He provides thorough explanations that are easily understood. Treatments are done skillfully and very nearly pain free. He also schedules 1-year follow-up appointments to ensure the treatment was successful. The assistants, here, are very pleasant and attentive to the care and comfort of the patient, while the front office staff is very efficient and adept at working with my insurance carrier and providing urgent appointments as quickly as possible. While no one likes root canals, when you do need one, Janesville Endodontics Staff and Dr. Igor Sulim can't be beat!

This is a Huge gym/medical complex that has a lot to offer. The right side of the building is a…read moremembership based gym and also has physical therapy. In regards to the gym, it is a very upscale high end gym. It has every type of equipment you could need, all of which have TV's built in. There are always staff available to help with instruction or personal training if wanted. They also have a variety of spin classes and yoga. There is also two Olympic swimming pools, one heated and the other normal. Even the locker rooms are upscale with high end shaving stuff, shampoo, soap, and even cologne. The lockers all have codes so there is no need for locks. Overall it is a nice facility for the cost of membership. It is situated on a large plot of land with a walking trail going around it. There is not much of crowd most of the time so use of the machines is not a problem. Membership is limited to over 14 years old, but there is a babysitting area available too.

Alicia, the office manager, claims that she notified me of the " new figures " on the phone, and I agreed. A complete lie. A 4k increase from the estimate due to insurance being added? We asked for a bill, and they insisted that they were working on it....for months. Now, they are threatening to take us to collections over a 500 dollar balance . I really liked Dr Hassan, the dentist. Office staff is a complete rude and dishonest dumpster fire. Stay away from here they are dishonest and will look to inflate costs to fill pockets and screw their patients.

He was the first to recommend traction, which gave me a nonmedicinal method of pain relief at home. He truly cares about alleviating pain and educating on lifestyle changes that can help. In this difficult season, he was one of the few able to provide any degree of pain relief. He was also one of the few who insisted the pain was temporary. The office staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They turn down music and dim lights to accommodate those with migraines.

We've had a few dental emergencies over the years too and they are fantastic with getting you in as fast as possible. As far as I know, They take all dental insurance but are also great about answering questions over the phone anytime I've needed them.

There is no quality care being given to the patients, especially when they cannot keep appointments that are scheduled months in advance. Go anywhere else for better treatment.
