Most recently I came in for some foot pain that the doctor was sure was tendonitis, Jeff realized it was an alignment issue, and resolved weeks of pain with one adjustment! For issues that require home exercises, it's easy to sometimes do the right movements with the wrong muscles. Jeff makes sure you learn how to do them with helpful physical and verbal queues as you're doing them, which makes a huge difference in how relevant they feel and how effective they are. Was upset and not willing to pay for that BS service. The claim person called back. 3 calls later would still not reduce or cancel the bill. Said that they don't have authority. I had been going to PT for several months and needed to set up an appointment as soon as possible, as some residual lower back pain was coming back. Nathan at Mindful Motion referred me to Dr. Schupp, and the office accommodated my last minute request with an appointment the very next day! Dr. Schupp asked me about the history of my back pain and was extremely thorough in making sure I was comfortable with all of the adjustments. He asked me over and over whether everything was alright and I said yes, please, I will do whatever it takes to fix this back problem. Sessions are generally 60 minutes for initial appointments and 15-20 minutes for follow-ups. I left feeling like a train that had finally been put back on its rails!
