We called the minute they opened and they fit us in before we had to leave to catch our flight. They were rude, inattentive and there was not communication between the two receptionists as we waited in silence for a few minutes because of the lapse. I was with my mom who went up to order contacts of her own (as I was back for my appointment.). The reception staff greeted her with "What do you want," and "we just need to do it at the end." Not what it used to be where they were not in a hurry. Makes you feel like a number. The Dubuque location you get all through the prep and then you usually have to wait not just a few minute but wait. Seems maybe they overbooked themselves as they want as much money as possible. Be nice if they get back to the old way and sit down with you so you can ask questions instead of walking out the door and saying any questions let me know.
