Considering its hard to actually LIKE your dialysis center, this one is the tops! The staff…read more.. amazing! After being there for 3 years now I've grown very close to the nurses and techs. The staff is amazing in emergency situtations and are prepared for them.... I've witnessed their efficiency in more than one crisis! The unit itself is very nice as well; the chairs are spaced so you feel like you have some privacy. Each chair has a TV with cable. Lastly the sanitation, every time I walk in I feel like I'm walking into a fully bleached clean room... and when you are on dialysis that is a GREAT thing and should be the number one concern. All nurses and techs are anal about any messes and takes care of them immediately. So, overall this IS THE UNIT to receive treatment. I have been to 5 units in all... and this is incomparable to the others; they go above and beyond to keep a patient happy!

I just need to say that from reception to registration, to surgery and post-op I was very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and personal attention from the staff here. I was properly informed about the procedures, the costs, the expected outcomes, which his not often the case (and may I add not at all the case with the referring doctor in Galena.) So, I really appreciate the care I got here, coming in with no expectations. Thanks, guys and gals!
