I had a great experience there today Yuteh was so helpful as thank you so much the service was fast and professional

The location was convenient, front desk staff was very nice, and doctor was pleasant. However the young man doing intake did not give me a choice whether to take eye photos. He simply told me I was responsible for the $39 fee. That is fraud since these photos are elective. Also, they do not give you an option of a puff of air to your eye for the eye pressure exam. They simply say they are going to tap your eyeball with their device. That is mid-evil!!! read more

A huge shout out of appreciation for the friendly service Kayla McClure provided today!! My world is a much better place since she graciously repaired my sunglasses!! read more

The eye exam was fine. DO NOT ORDER GLASSES HERE. Take your prescription and order online. Ordered one pair of glasses here thinking I could get one pair quick...huge delay in receiving. Finally received a text to come pick them up and was told an 'optician' had to give them to me, even though 3 other employees were in the store, optician had left for the day. UNACCEPTABLE and COMPLETE BS. Glasses cost twice as much as the TWO pair I ordered online, which are coming to my house tomorrow. Guess how many opticians were involved in my online order? ZERO. I wish I could rate this store -5 stars, or more. read more

I stupidly bent the arms of my glasses when I wasn't paying attention. I took them into this location during a packed Saturday, and Lisa immediately helped me. She told me it would take just a few minutes, took the arm apart, put it back together and made sure they were sitting straight on my face. The mall during holiday season is already a stressful place, her help, kindness, and ability to fix my glasses meant so much!! Thanks Lisa! read more

Ordered a pair of eyeglasses on 2/6/24. 1. The frames were lost. 2. My prescription was not correct. 3. The axis was off (if I recall correctly). Eyeglasses were not delivered until 3/18. The turnaround time LensCrafters states is - 7 - 10 days. I requested a credit for the inconvenience. Gary & Laura in Regional Office did not think a long time customer (my family no included) rightly earned a credit more than $100 for the delayed delivery, 42 days. Wow. This will be the last year my family orders from LensCrafters. read more

We brought a pair of very expensive Tiffany glasses in to be repaired, the woman that worked there took one look and said they were not repairable, but for around 300 dollars we could get a new frame. We were about to buy the frame but I decided to take a better look at the frame myself. I went outside the store and looked at the frame and saw one tiny screw was missing. So we went back in the store and showed them. After a little coaxing they simply replaced the screw. The person that was so quick to have us spend 300 dollars walked away, no sorry, no whoops, no nothing. If this is the " expertise " of staff I'll go to Costco Which I suggest that everyone should do. read more

I brought a pair of prescription glasses December 22. They aren't even a year old. The coating is coming off and I was told, because I didn't purchase the care package, they would not repair them. Crappy workmanship on glasses that aren't even a year old. Lenscrafters should stand behind their work but, now I see why they don't. This is what I consider a NEVER AGAIN experience. I will never do business here again for crappy workmanship. Not worth it when I have glasses from vision works years older and are still in GREAT condition. read more

Excellent experience from a customer service standpoint, I most certainly will return to this convenient location. I've taken prescription here before and purchased glasses, and enjoyed the fast turnaround of taking the complete pair home that day. This visit, I had my vision examined, contact lens exam and eyeglasses exam in the eye care clinic within this Concord Mills LensCrafters location. The front desk team ( there were two people) were very prompt in checking me in, after filling out my paperwork, I waited shortly in the comfortable waiting area before getting routine testing . The team member explained what she was doing as she was doing it, and made the price of what I was getting done very clear , so there were no surprises. Then I had another short wait to see the eye doctor for my glasses and contact lens exam. During this time, someone from the retail side came and looked up how much my insurance would cover towards a complete pair of glasses in her database via an iPad. I really appreciate the heads-up about price and purchase options. In the doctor's suite the appointment was quick and to the point. The provider made a great recommendation on a new kind of contact lens and gave me a pair to walk out in that I could try , as well as a new solution sample. Please note this is inside of Concord Mills mall. Just inside the entrance near Bed Bath & Beyond. read more

Terrible! I am not from NC first time scheduling at this place all of two days ago I finally received the paperwork this lady wanted me to fill out yesterday evening. I went online to figure out my insurance information come to find out they did not care that I transferred from California to slow NC sorry ma'am your benefits will start over in Jan. I called this place and was advised I had to pay a "cancellation" fee I said what!!! I knew nothing about a fee unless I would never scheduled with you. This woman says it's on our site I said what site I walked in and a woman helped me I am confused. She says oh I will waive the fee so everything is good I said no it's not your "receptionist" should tell people the policy. I am annoyed with this place and I will NEVER EVER come here again. The first individual I spoke with says I will waive it if you schedule another appointment I said HELL NO! why would I come back here and you guys don't tell people the "fine print". My benefits will be active Jan and I rather fly back to California for a darn eye exam. Terrible just terrible!!!!! I asked for their corporate number this chick says we don't have a corporate number we are the only location figures. I should have known better then when she did not ask for my o do two days ago when I walked into their establishment. Usually they run your benefits I would have been stuck with an expensive bill. Yea the "manager" waived the fee however I should not have even had to learn about a darn policy at the moment of cancellation. It's on the website heck I didn't even know they had a website I walked in after shopping. read more

LensCrafters - Scheduled on Wed morning 10am and just received this message yesterday at 4pm - Optometrists Near Me - Concord, North Carolina

Highly recommend this location! When I had my eye exam, the doctor was friendly and thorough. I had an issue with my insurance so I couldn't order frames that day. Went back a few months later and I worked with Megan, the manager. She went above and beyond. She called my insurance and sorted out the issue, made sure I was getting the best deal, and did it all with a genuine smile on her face! Very happy with my whole experience. read more

I recently went here in search of a new pair of frames. I'm an extremely introverted person, and I really just want to be left alone. Especially when I'm just browsing. I'm certain that my body language was giving off a very "go away" vibe, but one sales associate approached me. I have been out of work for a few months due to a back injury, and have since put on a few pounds due to the limited amount of moment that the doctors have allowed me to do. Due to this fact, my clothes are now rather ill fitting, so I took to wearing yoga pants and a very very large Killswitch Engage T-shirt from 12 years ago. The man that approached me asked if I needed any help, and I quickly turned him down. He then asked about my shirt, and we began talking about KsE, and which singer we liked best, etc. He suddenly became more like a friend than a pushy salesman, and after talking for a bit, he began helping me. I had made it very clear that I was not here to buy anything, but rather to find a pair of frames I liked so my eye doctor could order them for me. He quickly picked up on my style and suggested a pair of frames that was slightly different from what I had been looking for, but close enough to my sense of style. I tried them on and felt that they gave me a look of intelligence and sophistication. He wrote the information down for me and told me what they were called. After I got home, I looked at the card, dismayed that his name wasn't on it. I was so impressed with him, that I would've loved to know who he was so I could request his help again in the future. read more

Great service. I had a very good experience. Looking forward to my new glasses and sunglasses.

Made an appointment about two week in advance. On the day of I called to say I would be about 5 minutes late. They told me they gave my spot away because they were "busy." Completely ridiculous. The whole point of an appointment is to secure my spot. Terrible service. Would recommend going somewhere else. read more

I love my glasses. I saw the doctor next door and received my prescription, the staff over at the glasses side helped me pick out my lenses, which I'm grateful for as I didn't have anyone with me to give opinions. They have this app so you can see yourself wearing the glasses side by side. read more

This review is only on the doctors office. Everything about this doctors office is simple and easy! I was able to schedule an appointment online even though I was a new patient. There were several times that worked with my busy schedule. Some days had several late appointment times and even weekend appointments. I like the location of the office, very close to an entrance so I can get in and out the mall easily without having to walk through the mall and crowd. When I arrived to my appointment I did not have to wait long to start my examination. The office has all of the new technology for eye exams so I was happy I did not have to get my eyes dilated. The doctor did the normal eye exam, read the letters and numbers on the wall. After determining my new prescription, surprisingly I was given a new pair of contacts. Most offices usually do not have my prescription available, my eyes are very special lol. Once I could read with my new contacts I was out the door and able to order contacts at the front desk and get them shipped to my home. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The doctor did not talk much and was not very concerned about anything but I appreciated the promptness of my appointment. read more

I bought 2 pairs of glasses. while buying these I asked for extended warranty and the lady that sold them said it wasn't needed because of my insurance. i never heard this but believed her.. Well i scratched both pairs of glasses and when I called in Kim the manager said that what the lady told me wasn't true also that lady no longer worked there but it was now my problem.. Really????? They are in my mind liars and also thieves. If this lady no longer works there I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she was not a good employee or didn't know what she was doing. Kim the manager also laughed when tell me this. No call back from anyone who can help or maybe this is how they operate !!! THANKS LENS CRAFTERS and THANK YOU KIM FOR NOT CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER and I will leave this review on all platforms.. i also plan on giving back the glasses . My next step is ACTION 9 . I do Sales and warranty work for a living and know the man that handled this for Channel 9. I sold him HVAC SUSTEMS FOR HIS PERSONAL HOME... read more

Staff was very friendly and the Doctor was quick and informative. The nurse that did my eye tests wiped down the machines with alcohol and a previously used paper towel that had makeup on it. Didnt even think someone would over look something so unsanitary, considering your dealing with a sensitive area like the eyes! read more

I went to LensCrafters Concord Mills (Charlotte NC) the day after Christmas to get my 7 year old daughter some new glasses because hers had broke that day.. found the pair we wanted and paid. Was told it would be 8-10 days and we would have our order. I have not heard anything about it since.. I decided to call on the 8th day just to check on the order. I called the store 8+ times only to be hung up on every single time. So I waited and tried again on the 9th day. I finally got an answer only to be told that her glasses never shipped?!!! because there is a problem in the lab?!?! NO ONE called to inform us of this issue?! My 7 year old daughter has now been without her glasses for 2 weeks, which includes horrible migraines and terrible nosebleed because she doesn't have them.... Get your Shit together LensCrafters. read more

Magdalena at the Concord Mills location is the sweetest, most helpful, and kindest. Went in to order glasses and was literally in and out within 10 minutes during the lunch hour. read more

Scheduled my appointment online easily. Arrived early as requested and was seen before my actual appointment time. Dr. Faulk was professional and personable. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. There was no annoying upselling. I'd definitely come back. read more

They have a decent selection of eyewear. Every time I've gone in though, you can't escape the employee questions and their eyes watching your every move and hovering around you when you've made it clear you're only browsing. read more

I ordered 2 pair of glasses. Was told my glasses would be ready on 1 week. I received a call from them during the week saying one of the pair had come in. When I called when the week was up to see if the other pair was in they were not. Not only was I told that they came in but the pair they called me about earlier in the week was not there earlier. read more

By the WORST experience we have ever had with an eye doctor. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with my husband from start to finish (paper work included). He gave him the WRONG prescription to which we had progressive lenses made (over $300 for the lenses). They were rude in person, over the phone, and refused to refund the $110 we paid for the exam. Warby Parker employees spent more time trying to help my husband than the actual eye doctor. What a shame. Took $110 and could care less about the fact that it was a complete waste of time and money and we had to take it on ourselves to go find another doctor, fix the prescription and be out more money. When my husband went there to talk with them, they were rude, told them they already shut down the computers even though they weren't closed for another 30 minutes and huffed and puffed when he asked if they could still help him and look at the computer. Absolutely would NOT go there. You don't get a special price and the doctors are not good! read more
