I've never had any issues with making appointments and the office staff are fantastic in solving issues over the phone whether it's to change an appointment or figuring out why a prescription that was sent out wasn't filled by the pharmacy. The ladies get right to work in trying to solve any issues that may arise. Dr Rodriguez treats me and now my 5 year old son with care as if we were family. He is always straight to the point, which I love, and explains everything fully. He makes himself available for when an emergency eye situation comes up (which is super important for with my chronic eye disease) and he always reminds me to call whenever I have an eye emergency. Everybody is smiling and always willing to give you the best service they can. The wait time is about 10-15 minutes which is the shortest wait time I've ever experienced. Both of the doctors are dedicated to their work and provide patients with the care they need. You don't have to wait for months to get an appointment at this place. They work one day a week until 7 pm and also the 3rd Saturday of month, which is also very convenient, so you don't have to leave early from work during the week.
