I didn't know if it would translate because the dress was so frumpy. It took the woman helping me only about 5-10 minutes to map it out while I wore it. I just picked it up and almost cried in the store. The money paid for the alterations was worth every penny. She saw my vision through and I can't wait to be seen in this dress! *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.

They were courteous efficient and took a very specific notes about how I wanted each piece of clothing handled. They are certainly not the cheapest place you can go in metro Atlanta but then again they are in metro Atlanta and one has to expect a little better price when patronizing businesses in metro areas. One of the great things that they offer is the same day service feature which is not often offered today at dry cleaners. They had no problem laundering my shirts as well as dry-cleaning some other clothes on the same day and I thought that was just fantastic and well worth the higher price. There was a really nice guy at the front counter who checked me in and one comment as you definitely want to make sure that he repeats what you say because he sometimes misunderstands English. With that said, he was supervising and that absolutely should not cause you any concern about going.
