We were on the same page as it related to style but she took it to a whole other level we never would of thought of, and it earned our bathroom "Clay Imports 2019 Most Admired!". The creativity of the tile work and the overall result is truly amazing! The bathroom is my favorite part of our addition. She took the time to understand our style but also the requirements we needed from this space. Jennifer is detail-oriented and her small changes to the flow of the space made a huge difference to our day to day living. Her process on how she worked with us what was perfect. One project was a renovation of an 1870's vintage office property in downtown Austin and the other the development of a family ranch retreat in the Texas Hill Country. On both, Jennifer stood out for her project leadership, creativity, collaboration, and focus. She approached each project with fresh eyes and a willingness to understand it on its own. From the start of each, Jennifer was meticulous and very patient in working to hear and translate how we wanted each place to feel and then was careful to communicate her vision and keep us engaged and involved during piece selection and implementation. We also appreciate that Jennifer has a huge wealth of experience not just in design but in project management. Many times, she was able to draw on that experience to foresee challenges that others did not, saving us huge amounts of time and money. In the end, we have been fortunate that Jennifer delivered two amazing places on time, on budget, and with aesthetics that have vastly exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with her on the next one.

Once my wife and I purchased a new home in NW Austin we knew we were going to need help. We wanted our new home to reflect our style. The problem is that sometimes you have good taste but struggle to put it all together. I called Jill and she sent us Kelli Presses, a member of the Nine Design team. She is fantastic! Kelli arrived at our new home, took a tour, and immediately started listening to our thoughts regarding our aesthetic. The first thing Kelli did was help us rearrange our furniture in our living room. We spend most of our time in this room and she nailed it. Over the course of a few weeks Kelli helped us transform our entire house. From room layout to paint color to window treatments to accessorizing. My favorite thing about Kelli, besides her gift of design, was that she understood our budget and never pushed us to spend money unnecessarily. As a matter of fact, there were a few times she offered "do it yourself" ways of saving money for the same result/impact. We're now in the final stages and our house looks amazing. We love to entertain and our friends and neighbors are blown away by the transformation. We give Kelli and Nine Design all the credit. Call Nine Design if you have any design needs. We needed help with our entire house. You may only need help with one room. Or maybe you need a color consultation for painting. They do it all.

The home looks better than I could have ever imagined and was completed on time and within budget. I highly recommend Jessica and her team! Choosing a designer was my first step. And I honestly didn't know what a designer was yet but I knew I was going to need help. I interviewed a few others first but felt I was being buttered up to a sale rather than given real answers and advise. Jessica arrived at my home on time. She was straight forward with me from the get-go and was very pleasant to communicate with. She was extremely professional and explained which of my ideas would and wouldn't be cohesive to my goals, style and budget. She gave suggestions that I could have never come up with on my own. And she was honest about what unforeseen problems and expenses could arise while working with certain materials, electrical capacity and construction. Having this information up front from her built a trust that is priceless. Jessica is an engineer and an artist! In my opinion, her ability to balance the practical with the aesthetic sets her above all other designers. It takes a very unique mind to handle both concepts well. Not to mention management, delegation and holding each contractor and retailer responsible. All done with easy and grace making your project seem like a piece of cake! And to top it all off, I would have spent so much more on this remodel if I hadn't had Jessica to oversee the ordering, installation and maintenance. Hiring Jessica not only saved me money and time, it was also a very exciting and fun experience for me. I literally can't wait to hire her again!

I couldn't have imagined a better experience and nearly one year later, I still love every single detail of our new rooms! We had actually worked with two different designers in the past for our home (a family connection who was based in San Antonio and gave a shot at one of those online services too), but unfortunately had very poor experiences so we were incredibly cautious as we explored who we wanted to work with for an investment like a remodel with a tight timeframe. We filled out a short intake questionnaire and put together a Pinterest board with style ideas and were blown away by how quickly she nailed our design aesthetic and knew exactly what we needed to do with the space. What I love most about Suzanna is that while she's an incredibly talented designer, she also works like an architect and was able to reconfigure a small space for us to maximize every square inch to somehow make our small room feel double to size and meet every functional need. Suzanna works by an hourly rate and I was very surprised how quickly she works and efficient she is with her time. She also includes you in as much or as little of the design process as you like. I wanted to be a part of everything because I wanted to learn, but I would have trusted her to make every decision without me there - and that is saying something since I'm very picky and have a very specific way I like things to look! I could not have dreamed a better experience in working with Suzanna. In fact, we are more open-minded for the next house we buy because we know we can use her to help us update it and make it our own! We can't wait to work with her again!
