I have gone in before to look at the pretty Dansko shoes which are my favorite. The first time I went in sometime in 2017, I was sort of "followed" around the store and asked if there was anything I could be helped with. So I bought a shawl for $25. Which I love. But the next time I went in to look at boots and shoes, I wasn't greeted so I just looked around. The third time I went in I decided that I needed the Artic Muck Boots, so I paid the $145 to have them. When I went to the counter to pay, I asked about any sales on the Dansko shoes. I was told that in the Spring they will have a trunk show. Then I was asked by the cashier in a very snide and condescending tone "Do you know what a trunk show is???" I replied , "Yes" and then she said, "Well I don't know when it is, but it's sometime in the Spring." So for the attitude, the judgement, and the air of snoodiness, I am giving this place a 1 star review. All customers are important, and assumptions shouldn't be made about the status of a customer based on skin tones. I have been in the customer service industry for years and know that all customers pay the salaries of those who work behind and in front of the counter, and respect should be given to all. When I bought the boots the young girl, of about 17 was semi helpful, but she looked scared to interact with customers. She cracked a smile by the end of the sale because I had mentioned that I was afraid of offending her with my potentially stinky feet. LOL. However, I went with the boots, although not flashy, but definitely protective and worth the price. But I will not be back and will advise all of my friends to shop online on Macy's, Amazon, Ebay, or in New Hampshire. That way you'll be treated fairly and won't have to worry about feeling comfortable in the store and will be treated equally. End of review!

We were greeted immediately when we walked in by the amazing woman working in the store that day (this past Monday, January 25th). But..we were literally speechless upon entering the store because it was so beautiful, we almost couldn't respond to her. The clothing, accessories, bath soaps and exquisite bath salts, everything is laid out so exquisitely. You can look through racks easily, try on scents as needed, (the Kai perfume...perfection), and so much space to walk around and browse, without feeling crowded. Plus...the two fitting rooms are so pretty and sooo spacious, you can comfortably try on clothes without feeling like half your body is hanging outside the curtain (an issue in some boutique shops). I wish I lived much closer...but...thankfully I can shop Bella Funk online. But if you are anywhere close to Littleton, this is a MUST VISIT!!! And they are about 5 minutes off Route 93. I cannot wait to visit again. This is a review for the Hanover, NH store…read more There is some very nice clothing of really high quality, but I'm really surprised that a small-town store would have such bad customer service. My mom bought me a dress and sent it out to me in CA. She asked the person working in the shop if she could return it a few days late if it didn't work for me, and she was told that it would be possible. Well, it turned out the cut & color didn't suit me, so I sent it back. This little well-traveled dress is back in NH now, just three days after the 14-day deadline, but the owner is telling her no returns are possible, not even for store credit. We're stuck with a dress we don't want because of a mis-informed employee and stringent policies. Buyers beware.
