I just want to say AMAZING SERVICE AND PRICE POINT!! I spoke with Danny on 10/27/25 about getting…read morethe transmission rebuilt in our 2017 suburban. I spoke with Danny over the phone. I was trying to explain to him about the issue we where having with the suburban and before I could get to Danny already knew the issue. He was able to explain to me how awful the transmission are in the 2017 suburban. He also explained to me how often they fail. He was able to break down what the game plan was to get the transmission rebuilt and quoted me a range of 4800 to 5300. I know what you're thinking expensive this day and age but a renamed GM transmission from the dealer was going to cost 6500, with the same shitty parts! Danny explained to me that they would be replacing the parts with better quality and explained to me that the cooling system in the stock transmission was also faulty. So I slept on it and the next morning 10/28 I had the vehicle dropped off at his gate at 830 in the morning without me having to be there! He took it in and got to work on the car. He told me that they would have it ready on Friday 10/31. He was true to his word and had it done on Friday! I was unable to pick it up due to work but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND, he came down to the shop Saturday 11/1 for me to pick up the vehicle. He was also under the original quote! I was shocked and happy that he did that for me. I will remember and recommend him to anyone that is having issues with there transmission Andrews transmission is the best in the valley and the customer service and just the way he made me feel like I was his only customer had me sold as a life time customer! Not many people these days are true to there word but Danny and his team absolutely delivered top notch customer service and quality. The vehicle drives and shift better than when we first got it! Thank you gentlemen!

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I called and spoke with Mr. Lopez…read moreasking him if he was able to repair the diff on my car. He said yes. I told him that once the part arrived, I would bring it to him. He said, "Bring it on Thursday. I'm here until 5:30." I called Mr. Lopez on Weds letting him know that I had received the part and Mr. Lopez proceeded to make excuses saying that I didn't set an appt and he has other customers that set appts to take care of, etc, so he couldn't help me. As the conversation went on, Mr. Lopez waivered on whether he would repair my car or not. He then asked if he had quoted me a price; I said yes and I made notes of our conversation. He said, "Oh. Ok." This made me think that he wanted to up the price for the repair. I was confused and I mentioned to him that he had done this same thing to me a few months ago. A few months before, I showed up at his shop to ask him if he knew how to complete a repair on my car. I showed him what was wrong and the next day when I was supposed to drop my car off, he said, "I'm not going to work on your car" and hung up on me. I was confused, but it's hard to find someone that works on foreign vehicles with reasonable pricing. So Mr. Lopez didn't have a reason to not do the work other than, "It's his shop and he didn't want to get in trouble because I said that he has done this to me before." Mr. Lopez continued his rant as I listened to his reasoning which made absolutely no sense, so I told him that I no longer felt comfortable and didn't want him to work on my vehicle. I was in disbelief that I was actually talking to the owner of this shop. Mr. Lopez needs business and customer service training, along with discrimination training. Mr. Lopez, you wouldn't have to worry about "getting in trouble" if you do things the right way. I will never make the mistake to call your shop again.

I took it to the Dodge service center, paid $120 to have them diagnose the issue. I explained I was not experiencing any loss of power or surging. I was told I needed a fuel pump, parts and labor would be $1,000. I got Dave's name from a friend. He quickly diagnosed the problem after completing some research. It turns out this is a common problem with these Dodge pickups. There is no recall. However, there is a bypass/patch fix which has been created. The part, diagnosis, and labor cost just over $200, saving me $800. Thank you Dave.
