Had a consult with Shelby a few weeks ago. I'm thinking about grey blending but not quite "there" just yet. I know it's difficult for a hairdresser when a new client doesn't know 100% what she wants. We talked through everything today and we opted for a combo of high and low lights. Trim. Blow dry. My hair looks so natural. It compliments my skin tone, looks and feels beautiful. If I could give them zero stars I would. There was a lot of internal conflict among the stylists, it created such an uncomfortable and hostile environment. The hostility among the stylists spilled over to the clientele, and one customer left. And if I could've left I would have, but I was in a chair with a stylist finishing my hair for a Christmas event. And because of the conflict among the staff, my stylist was distracted, rough and constantly redoing her work and damaged my hair with her teasing and hairspray. I had a very good experience with Melissa yesterday. She did a root touch up and blow dry. She was very gentle on my aging head which I appreciated more than she knew. We picked the perfect color to cover my grey. I did have sticker shock with the blow out but the color out weighed it. I haven't been to a salon in forever so I can't compare price. I thought the blow dry after color was part of the service. read more

I needed to find a new hair salon because the lady I went to just dropped me cause I was "difficult". I moved to Spring Hill not too long ago and wanted to change my hair up for a meeting! booked an appt over a wk ago...i've been there twice before, but omg!! stood at the front counter on time for a good 5 min with no acknowledgement, 2 girls actually walked away as i entered. even as i drove up, one hairstylist was smoking at their back door. shalynn finally comes to check me in, sat me down, her area was disgusting (but then again, so was she) but sucked it up anyway. then she tells me that she doesn't have the time to do the job that was scheduled. that was a $200+ job that she just cost the owner. well okay then, we are done and i'll be calling corporate. I happened upon this salon after having a bad color situation at another salon . I had Anna and she did a great hair cut . She did a awesome job !! I was very pleased with how professional and sweet they all were to me ! I even made a haircut to come back for a coloring ... I went there to get a haircut....... well I was told no by one of the lady's that she couldn't cut your hair that way. The other lady comes over and says oh nooo you're going to have to go to a barber for that kinda haircut. I have been going to a salon for years to get my haircut and never was told the Tom foolery that I was told that day. The lady says "Oh we don't have what it takes to cut your hair", I say "do you have clippers? Do you have the clippers to shave the hairline with" the lady "yes" me "ok then". I would never recommend or even bring my dog there. read more

I was a little nervous about trying this salon, especially after seeing that my stylist was goth ... but I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough she was. Taylor listened to everything I wanted, she asked questions to clarify and ensure that we were on the same page, then she gave me a beautiful cut. Do not go to this salon! I took my mother there today for her to get a haircut & was getting full highlights, a cut, & a wax for myself. Melissa was doing my foils & was doing a great job but the lady (who may have been the owner) doing my mom's cut pushed a rinse on my mom then when my mom finally agreed to it, she wouldn't use the rinse my mom had chosen. My stylist then tried to upsale several treatments to add to my svcs which I declined. She then told me that my hair needed a toner that I am quite certain it did not & wouldn't let up until I agreed. After being left to process w my head laid back very uncomfortably in a sink for 20-30 mins, she comes back to rinse me out. After she started cutting my hair, the owner came over & put another stylist to cutting my hair. My hair's a lot shorter than I'd wanted & is uneven w one side noticeably longer than the other in the front. I'd wanted a chin wax but even that was messed up & I can still feel hairs. She didn't even check or finish up w tweezers. I told her that you couldn't see some of them but could feel them. She then wiped my face off w oil w/o asking which breaks me out. The worst part of my experience was when we were paying to leave. I set up my appointment by using their website pricing menu which they didn't follow. I was charged a separate fee for every svc at a higher rate than what I'd requested & been quoted. When my son ran his card to pay, he forgot to tip on the card. The owner said she could credit it & run it again. My son was trying to treat me & was embarrassed when I ended up having to pay bcs the $ didn't go right back on his card. It's still not his card tonight. I'm quite familiar with salon pricing & usually expect to pay about $200-$250 for partial or full foils & a cut but I know that going in. I'm not going in with an expectation of $120 according to their pricing menu then getting hit with this much higher rate. I have no idea if the $ will actually be put back on my son's card & I now have to go to another shop to have my sides straightened up. I may can get a proper wax when I get my hair fixed. read more

I ventured into the salon today after moving to spring hill. I haven't colored ny hair in over 6 years but it was time to get my sexy back! I had leoni color and cut my hair.
