I got my first tattoo about 2 years ago. I specifically wanted fine line work done and I had been…read moresearching around for fine line artists that fit my style and would work with me. I was actually referred to THS by multiple people so I looked into them and found Endry. His work really impressed me and my boyfriend who was also a tattoo artist back in the day. So I booked an appt to have a very simple roman numeral tattoo done under my collarbone. The booking process was actually very easy and the shop worked with me. There's a $200 minimum and there's a $100 deposit that you Venmo before the appointment is made. I honestly found the booking process super smooth and easy. If you can find it, there's metered parking right in front of the shop which is super convenient. I honestly love the vibe of this place. Endry was so kind and welcoming and made my first tattoo the best experience it could've been (also want to note I have a needle phobia so this is a legit compliment). I have since seen Endry multiple times for more extensive work. Endry is truly an incredible artist who really puts care and consideration into each piece. You can tell he really cares about his craft and I have so much respect for that. Working with him has been a pleasure and I look forward to my next session with him. I actually recently got my forearm done with a beautiful fine line floral wrap and I am still in awe at the photorealistic detail in the flowers. I found my artist and my place and I would 100% recommend going here whether it's your first or you're looking to continue on in your tattoo journey.

Showed him a few AI examples and he had me send him one that he/we thought looked cool. I didn't really put a ton of thought into it just figured "sure. Do your thing with it." I probably should've noticed the AI flaw in the stencil, but, as my regular artist pointed out, he definitely should have noticed, especially since he had the original photo. A little miscommunication but oh well. On top of that it's really really light so I'm going to have to have my normal artist fix it and touch it up. I wasn't even going to leave a review because it's partly my fault, and I don't really care that much, but like my normal artist pointed out, he's supposed to notice these kind of things. Then I realized the only reason I don't really care is because it's somewhere not normally visible. If it was on my arm I would be horrified. Other than that, they were cool, the booking process was easy, and reasonably priced. Also the shop was super clean which is important to me so 3-stars

I've been here plenty of times and have loved this place from my very first visit. The atmosphere…read moreis always kind and welcoming, and the work is consistently exceptional from every single piercer. Most recently, I worked with Cat and Hernan. I especially wanted to shout out Hernan for my navel piercing. He did a phenomenal job. He was communicative and completely open to my requests. It's been about three days now, and I'm honestly surprised by how little soreness and discomfort I've had. I'm a bigger guy with a stomach, so I was a little concerned about how a navel piercing would feel, especially since it's a high movement area. But after the first 12 hours, there is very little soreness, and I'm already noticing less discomfort when I move. I think a lot of that has to do with Hernan's skill and attention to placement. He checked the placement while I was standing, sitting, and laying down to see how my stomach and navel moved and sat in each position. That level of care really stood out to me and should be standard but isn't everywhere which is why I always go here. For any plus size person wondering if a navel piercing is possible or will heal well, it definitely will! It's more about your individual anatomy than your size, but having a knowledgeable piercer who understands anatomy of all sizes makes a huge difference. Everyone here is great. I just wanted to give Hernan a special shoutout for this recent work. Thanks!

Believe it or not this was one of few times I did NOT consult yelp before making an appointment. I…read morewent based on personal research (and lots and lots of thinking) before getting my 2nd ever tattoo. However, now looking at some of these 'bad' reviews, I'm laughing because it's kind of ludicrous what's being called out. This is a well-known, famous tattoo shop so they have a right to charge more than others. And if you're not getting a good vibe from your artist but still decide to proceed with the tattoo, that's on you. I lucked out and was able to get in with East sooner than I thought due to a cancellation last week so I snatched that appt up. Called and Cody, his assistant was nice and surprisingly candid with what he could do schedule-wise. Not only that, but day of, when I found out they charge extra for using a credit card, I called to see if I could come a little late so I could run to the ATM and they were totally cool with it. AND didn't rush me throughout the entire process, even though this made me 15min late. That afternoon I showed up alone and a little intimidated in light of how small the tattoo I wanted to get was compared to what they're probably used to...but all that was eased as soon as I got there. Cody and East were chill, professional, straightforward. Probably the best words I can think of. My desired tattoo was just two words, but very meaningful to me, and have thought about this for many years. I came in confident I wanted them on my lower bicep but East immediately suggested under my forearm, saying that's how words turn out/look the best. I was taken aback at first as I had not thought about that placement at all, but it ended up working out exactly how I wanted...not once did I feel he was pressuring me, merely offering me his opinion, and with zero condescension. He was so patient, saw I was thinking about it hard, and said how about this, he would go and sketch it out while I thought about it. I loved that I wasn't rushed, and that there was never an 'I told you so,' vibe when I finally agreed. The entire process was utterly professional. Again wasn't sure what I expected but it was such a nice balance: I felt welcomed but there was privacy as I was going through the process. Minimal small talk from East, but I loved how focused he was on getting the tattoo right even if it's something so simple. Had me check the words, reminded me to look at spelling. Then he placed and re-placed the stencil several times to get it right in his eyes...the way he made me stand naturally and angled it ever so, while he narrowed down the exact placement, was so technically precise. I was impressed. As for the actual process, it went smoothly and corny as it might have been, East happily obliged to a photo together at my request (I've been such a fan of his), even helped take the selfie, before turning me completely over to Cody to receive aftercare instructions and settle up with payment. Yes, it was not the cheapest (including the $15 on-site parking) but worth every penny in terms of experience and results. And, if you're coming here, you know what you're paying for.
